Why, one takes it to Key Cleaners of course! The button of my favorite white pants had come off in the dryer the last time I washed them and I was lost without them in my wardrobe. Having heard good things about you, and having had so many mediocre experiences, I decided to give you a chance. I brought in my pants and explained that I needed the button sewn on. Additionally, there were a couple of spots that I just had not managed to remove from the pants, although truth be told, they were barely noticeable. So, I pointed them out, and left the fate of my pants in your hands. I have to say I was very pleased with the quality of the work, although a couple of the spots did not come out. But hey, I guess I kinda knew that was the case, since they were old stains. Instead, the shirt returned with a lighter color just where the stains had been and a brand new stain on the sleeve, and a small rectangular discoloration in another place. They tried again--bleached-out spot still there, new stain lighter but still present, and yet anther rectangular discoloration! The women who work the counter were lovely, but I was given the run-around by this franchise location owners. When I finally got to talk to Christian Perez, he refused to be held accountable and said the BEST he could do was for me to pay him $40 for his "third party" to determine how the stains occurred! Not an ethical way to do business, putting aside not a very good dry cleaner. AVOID is my best recommendation.
