Having heard good things about you, and having had so many mediocre experiences, I decided to give you a chance. I brought in my pants and explained that I needed the button sewn on. Additionally, there were a couple of spots that I just had not managed to remove from the pants, although truth be told, they were barely noticeable. So, I pointed them out, and left the fate of my pants in your hands. I have to say I was very pleased with the quality of the work, although a couple of the spots did not come out. But hey, I guess I kinda knew that was the case, since they were old stains. When I finally got to talk to Christian Perez, he refused to be held accountable and said the BEST he could do was for me to pay him $40 for his "third party" to determine how the stains occurred! Not an ethical way to do business, putting aside not a very good dry cleaner. AVOID is my best recommendation.

Speaking of their flexibility--I set up a laundry pickup for this morning. However, they called me to see if there was any chance they could pick it up last night due to some road closures as a result of an event close by us. Unfortunately, I didn't see the phone call/message until 10:30 pm (I was at a dinner), but they STILL came and picked up my laundry at that late hour just to accommodate.
