My 1st technician was Joe who was very nice. I was quoted $320 for 1st job and was told the 2nd cleaning would be cheaper since no stairs at new house & repeat customer. James arrived for 2nd job but did not honor my repeat business quote from colleague, and because I was moving out and limited on time- James took advantage and up charged me an outrageous amount. He was able to come out, do the estimate and do the work within a couple hours and was gone at lunch time. Scope: clean carpet in two closets and the master bedroom. Quality of work: excellent. He used protectors on all of our walls and trim, so the hoses did not damage nor mar any of it. He used the extractor, after cleaning, so well that my socks didn't get wet walking across the carpet. The carpet looked fantastic when he left. Cost: at first I thought he was at the high end of reasonable, but the results were worth it, especially considering the cost of the carpet.
