From the beginning, Mo took the time to listen to what I was hoping to accomplish and worked closely with me throughout the planning process and the many decisions that came with my remodel. I never felt rushed into making decisions, and I appreciated being able to ask questions, discuss different options, and make changes along the way. Adam, the owner, brings more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience to the company. His involvement and knowledge gave me confidence throughout the project. Having Adam there to look at things firsthand and make decisions on the spot was something I really appreciated. What I especially valued was how available both Mo and Adam were and how they handled the unforeseen hiccups that can come with a remodel. Mo, Adam, and the entire Safeway team were responsive to my questions and requests and worked with me to make sure that I was happy with the finished project. My kitchen and living space have been completely transformed. My home feels brighter, more open, warmer, and more inviting. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and would absolutely recommend Safeway Construction to anyone considering a remodel.

We also had Rhino refresh our smaller lattice cover at the dining room French doors. Demolition started in late July 2025 and the project finished in late August 2025. The end result is EXACTLY what we had envisioned. Rhino's crews were extremely conscientious. We could not have asked for a better work ethic. They protected the existing stucture and landscaping throughout the project. They cleaned up every day. ALL crew members were very professional and their work products were perfect. The crews were always cheerful, courteous and careful in every task that they performed. Know also that Rhino Construction builds custom homes. I would not hesitate to hire Scott Rhinehardt and his Rhino Construction company to do so if I had the wherewithal to make that happen! You cannot go wrong with Rhino Construction.

He kept the job moving at a surprisingly fast pace and promptly resolved issues as they arose. Pricing was competitive -- we got multiple estimates and Way To Go came in reasonable without cutting corners. You can see it in the finish quality: the stonework is clean, the tile on the curved bench is precise, and the side yard pathway turned out better than we imagined. Our pool cleaner gave high praise on the resurfacing work when he arrived for the first cleaning! Based on consistent good reviews, I contacted Shelter in August of 2025…read more We had experienced numerous electrical power outages for several years, so I began to investigate possible solutions. What I wanted ideally was a system that would automatically power our home in the event of a power failure. I initially looked at generator systems, but discovered several downsides to that technology. Generators need fuel, which could be be gasoline, diesel, or natural gas. Of these, natural gas was the most attractive, but that would require significant trenching for a new line around the house. In addition, placement of a generator was a problem, due to zoning requirements. Also, gasoline/diesel/natural gas generators have an internal combustion engine, which needs maintenance, like oil changes. The best solution for me was to have a battery backup system installed. This type of system is also known as a "power wall." Shelter recommended a 2-battery system made by FranklinWH (WH stands for Whole House). The batteries are 15 KWH each, for a total of 30 KWH. In our case, this is sufficient to power our home for 24 hours, even during the summer when we are using the central A/C. Other times of the year, 30 KWH would power everything for 48 hours or more. Since installation we have had several power failures, ranging from a few minutes to several hours. In all cases, the backup system kicked in so quickly that didn't even notice. We didn't even have to reset any clocks. When then grid power comes back online, the batteries recharge automatically. Shelter did a great job of understanding what we wanted, and provided an excellent solution. We had a very minor issue that we noticed several months later, and Shelter responded immediately to remedy the issue. I recommend Shelter Roofing and Solar without hesitation.

This remodel was bigger than the first job. It wasn't easy because there were many funny little issues in addition to the significant problems needing to be fixed. We weren't the easiest clients this time around because we changed our minds so many times, but it was never a problem. I cannot express how much I hate doing this kind of project, but Oren and Eden Builders made this as tolerable as can be. After doing a complete renovation on my childhood home, we signed a lease to rent it for the first time. The new tenant called in her own mold inspector, who found mold in two places. I called 911 Restoration, and they took care of everything, including environmental testing for lead and asbestos, asbestos removal, mold remediation and retesting. They also wore masks, were very respectful, thoroughly sealed off the areas in which they were working, and left zero mess. Our technician, Roy, was patient with all my questions and clearly understood our urgency to get everything taken care of so our tenant could move in ASAP. I honestly could not be happier.

They were able to send out a couple of guys; They vacuumed the tiles of my house and also brought in several dehumidifiers, which were on for the next two weeks. The dehumidifiers got rid of the excess moisture in the air and on the surrounding tiles, and carpet. Then, a guy name Avi came with his moving crew, and they were really nice guys. They took a couple of days to wrap up all of our furniture and box all of our clothing from the closets in a very orderly fashion. All of our stuff was treated with respect and dignity, and they worked very fast. Then, we started working with a man named Dekel. He was very accommodating, a great listener and he was very patient listening to our story as to what happened with the flood. We had a couple of major events in our life, which happened shortly before the flood, and this is the last thing that we needed! Due to our home insurance acting very slowly on our claim, my husband and I had to sleep out in the living room on an air mattress for 2 months. However, the workers from Restoration 911 did everything that we asked them to do, including extra work that was not included with our claim, and they did so professionally and with no complaints. We even had a worker come on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. They did not fuss working holidays and they worked with our ever fluctuating work schedules. Thank you, Dekel, and your entire crew on putting our house back together again.
