Very reasonable price and I compared to another 8 or so companies, and left without trying to "sell" a review request. Would definitely use again and recommend!

However, my recent experience has left Alejandro extra me extremely disappointed. After he came to give an estimate that was quite high, I chose to go with another option. Now, it appears he's unwilling to take any future jobs from me. When I reached out recently, he flat-out stated he won't respond or work with us again just because we didn't choose him that one time. I find this lack of professionalism and unwillingness to maintain a customer relationship very unprofessional. As a loyal client who has given referrals, I expected a higher standard of respect and customer care. I would not recommend this plumber if you value reliability and professionalism. In response to your comment : I fully understand a business owner's right to choose their clients; however, customer service and professionalism go beyond simply accepting or refusing work. Your response highlights exactly why I felt compelled to leave a review. Dismissing a long-term client due to one declined estimate doesn't reflect good customer service, nor does the dismissive tone you've taken here. A professional business would address concerns politely and maintain respect for all customers, especially loyal ones. Best wishes moving forward.

Today the came out for their third (different) service call and as usual, there was a Quick response, good pre visit communication. The guys that came out made a little bit of a mess but plumbing is a messy job. My kitchen sink was all messed up and they were efficient and got the job done well. They are definitely worth 4 stars on the last three times I have used them. It's unfortunate that more people don't speak up for good service and only come here to complain.

Asking them to use a heat shield if they felt strongly the Blow torch as even necessary. Absurd proposal for $750-1,000 to cut existing clean-out pipe & replace with new pipe the most idiotic solution! Rejected their absurdly complicated, needless proposal & cancelled American Home Shield (AHS) who always use the cheapest, least experienced companies to save them from paying for a logical solution. Called Peter Levi Plumbing & for $77 got the clean-out bolt loosened with the proper tool-see photo --& the clog snaked out thoroughly by young man who had the right equipment, a Pipe Wrench & had a great, positive attitude to resolve the clog. Bottom-line: I would NOT recommend Hills General Plumbing & its mendacious owner, Hilldebrand and his daughter in law, who rationalized the problem with false communication that was still completely wrong & off-track!

I can't say I'm happy writing this review, but I feel I need to. I had used BeastBay Plumbing once…read morebefore when we had a drain problem. They were responsive, the tech was friendly and informative. He fixed the problem and we signed up for their loyalty program. I knew our water heater was nearing the end of its lifespan and I called them to get a quote. Sydney came out and explained options. I ended up going for the tankless water heater. I also got quotes to replace a faucet in the kitchen and install a new shower fixture. The techs that showed up were courteous, but were a couple of hours later than the time I had expected. I anticipated the faucet and shower fixture jobs to go fairly quickly, but they took almost two hours. Then they started work on the water heater. What Sydney hadn't discussed was the need for direct power for the tankless system, or the need for a new vent. The tech wanted to open the ceiling up, but as it's a two-story house, and a tile roof, that was a hard no. They ended up doing a vent through the side of the house. At first they said it would be a two-day job, which was not mentioned when I booked the job, but after getting the side vent in, they said they'd finish that day. Here is where things go very very badly. The next day I went into the garage to move a car. I was overwhelmed with the smell of gas. I called BeastBay and phone center told me to call 911, which I did. In the meantime I opened the garage door. I realized after I hit the button, should anything spark, the whole place could go up. Thankfully, it didn't. The fire department came out, pinpointed that BeatBay had not tightened the gas connection to the tankless unit and turned it off. Then began a 2+ hour marathon of calls to BeastBay to get someone out immediately. Except they didn't. I had to call the office 4 times, and then had three different conversations with the office. In the meantime Sydney came back out to see what was up. I explained the severity of the gas leak and also told him I wasn't happy that he hadn't mentioned needing direct power, or the need to re-vent from the previous water heater. Sydney indicated there would be a small rebate and they would service the unit going forward free of charge. The tech showed up, apologized for not securing the gas line, tightened it up and left. This was a week and a half ago. I heard nothing more from BeastBay. I called the office Wednesday and asked they memorialize what Sydney had said during our meeting in writing. The woman who answered, Sarah?, said she'd have to check with Sydney, in a tone that said she didn't believe he had offered anything. She came back and said that was correct and she'd send it over as an email. Nothing was forthcoming. I've called the office twice today, two times no one answering, and the third time it going to a general voice mail. To say I'm disappointed in the service is an understatement. This is a massive failure on so many fronts.
