Did not want to leave a negative review, but this was my second visit and unfortunately the…read moreexperience was disappointing again. My wife and I went last week to give it another try. The front desk staff is extremely friendly, the environment is very clean, and the therapists themselves are very kind. However, the massages for both of us were well below average, even though we specifically requested deep tissue. My massage started extremely light, and after asking for more pressure, it still never reached what I would even consider a Swedish level. When we finished, my wife came out saying she had the exact same experience again. For the price we paid, I am sorry it's just not worth it! Really wanted to like this place, but after two tries, the quality of the massage just hasn't matched the great service at the front.

She worked out all of my upper body knots and I walked out of there blissed out. When I arrived I was sore and stiff from bad posture and standing all day at work. She really took the time to work out every tense area, which was very impressive because most massage therapists I've seen in the past don't do that, they spend a few minutes here and there and that's it. But Lauren expertly applied pressure when I needed it most and really made sure she got the knots out. I can't wait for the next appointment! Also, the receptionist was very nice and got me into an appointment same day. I overall had a wonderful experience here.

I stopped in for an hour massage rather on a whim and was incredibly pleased with my experience…read more The receptionist was very responsive in the middle of the day compared to a few places I called in the area. She quickly booked me an appointment and helped to provide directions to the location. I arrived to a relatively small shop with a reasonable amount of parking in what seems to be a very busy commercial area. After the customary paperwork, I was quickly brought to a small, but well appointed massage room. My masseuse, Alex, quickly discussed my goals for the massage and after the customary routine, quickly got started. The massage was GREAT! Having gone to a multitude of spas and other massage studios literally around the world, Alex was one of the best I have experienced. Between using hot towels as a standard service element at various points in the massage to continuing firm pressure throughout the massage, I was unexpectedly surprised! She also concluded with tips for me for stretching as many masseuses do, but was much more specific than the feedback I've gotten from others and explained it to me in a way that made far more sense. Even though I don't live in the area, I absolutely plan to return. The only knock on the place is due to the smaller size of the location, I was able to hear a few other customers coming in and out of their treatments. It overall wasn't too annoying to me, but I can understand how some may find it off putting. Bottom line, elements massage is a high quality place for a massage with prices in line with a quality place. You can likely find cheaper options, but I doubt with the same service level.
