    Amazing massages, great environment, affordable & worthwhile packages. In the beginning of 2022, my wife and I made "taking care of our health" a priority. We chose the right place to do so! MassageLuxe, consistently, is a great experience from the moment we walk in and are greeted by the wonderful people that work the front desk, to our massages, and the booking experience for our next appointment each month. The hydrobed is a nice touch too for before, after or even just a quick fifteen minute visit when you're in the neighborhood. We started with the introductory member price for a one time visit. After our massages, we were offered a two month rate that was really low, then it would go to the normal rate of around $100 a month. With our family plan, we get two services a month, which we use for massages for the both of us. It's a really good deal as opposed to someone walking in off the street for each of their massages and paying that much each time. You can cancel at any time too. Now for massages, we both had two massage therapists at random when we started. The following month my wife had Anthony and for a few months after, I had whomever was available when I wanted to go. Now though and for the past 7 months, we've both had Anthony and he is absolutely amazing. He knows how to get all of your pain points you describe to him and tailor the massage specifically for your needs. As an example, I have shoulder and neck problems due to stress, sitting all day, and many knots in my shoulders. He has me face down the whole time and really gets into all of those knots. Along the way, he talks to you during the massage if you choose to. He always gives me great feedback during my massage when I'm explaining my stress and other life issues. Anthony really makes you feel like a friend that he's trying to help. Post massage, I usually go into the hydrobed for fifteen minutes. If i'm out and about, I'll stop in and use it as well. With your membership, you can use it once a day during their business hours. This entire year, it's only been broken once because someone's keys poked a hole in it. It was fixed really quick. Overall this is the best massage place we've been to. Consistency, friendliness, and improvements on your health can be found here!

    I bought my boyfriend a gift certificate for his birthday to get a massage here and I'm extremely angry and disappointed by the way they have treated him, and I'm certain numerous other customers. When he came home from his appointment, he was in pain for a week and said that the massage itself did not go well. This of course is the opposite of what I had hoped his experience would be like for his birthday. When he was there, they pushed him into a membership. Him agreeing to that, I will admit, is on him. However, when he tried to cancel once he realized that it was the worst massage of his life, they refused to cancel over the phone and required him to fill out a form that was apparently sent to his email. Mind you, my boyfriend is an extremely polite man who isn't confrontational in the slightest, so I KNOW he wasn't giving them a hard time. So when he said he couldn't find the email with the form, the response he received from the receptionist was unacceptable. The receptionist was incredibly rude, acted like there was nothing more inconvenient in the world than working with a customer, and told him she "had customers" and was "too busy" to stay on the phone with him while he looked for the email with the form. She even said that she wasn't going to resend the email because she had already sent it. After not finding the email, they then proceeded to charge his card another $75 and told him he would have to come in for another massage if he wanted to cancel. Reading through the yelp reviews, I found a similar situation where, the customer "tried to call and make the appointment three times and every single time I spoke to the absolute rudest individual I have ever talked to on the phone. Apparently they are so busy it's just an inconvenience to schedule me a massage." This is clearly another example of the type of service provided here, given my boyfriends' experience. Managers/Owners, if you ever want happy, regular customers, you seriously need to reevaluate who you have working customer service and conduct trainings for these employees. Anyways, I'd consider reevaluating my stance if the business tries to fix the situation. I'm not reaching out, so we'll see if they pay attention/respond to their reviews or just have crappy customer service all around.

However, my pain was a 10 out of 10 for 4 days after surgery. They prescribed they lowest does of Narco, the generic form, and dosed it 1 evry 4-6 hours. It did nothing so I called my doctor and he told me I could take two at night, which provided relief for 3 hours but I could not sleep due to the pain. This happened every night and I also had bad pain during the day. On the weekend, I called twice to the on-call doctor, explaining my pain and how the drugs were not working. He prescribed 10 more of the same med and dose. When I called in the next day because I could only take 1 Narco (which is Tylenol plus hydrocodene) due to him only prescribing 10, he added Robaxin 500 mcg every 8 hours to take in addition to the Narco, Still, I was in pain. They insinuated that I was going to get addicted to the narcotic and I told them that I never take pain meds except when I have surgery. They made me feel bad about calling them and I don't even think they believed me. I went into the office on the following Monday so they could check for a hematoma. I did not have one but still was experiencing alot of pain. They prescribed Ultram at that point. Patients should not have to suffer after major surgery. It is their job as doctors to manage our pain. They prescribe the cheapest generic drugs that don't work. I hope this helps when selecting a place to get surgery.

The spa was great 20 years ago but it is a disaster today. There are multiple reviews about Raquel but when you make and appt with her and wait 3 months she doesn't show up. Then the receptionist thinks it's okay, it's not. I asked about a surgery and the receptionist said it would be no problem for Dr Schenden. That same week I call for an appt and a lady said he doesn't do this procedure any more? Did he forget? NO he is now just money hungry, SAD, just SAD. Then she recommends another clinic without a name of a doctor, very unprofessional. Folks, don't buy the old reputation, this is now a bunch of money hungry narcissist who do NOT care about humans!!
