I am a repeat customer of their shiatsu style massage. Located in a small strip mall facing Hall Road, there is usually ample parking available. A Mexican restaurant is next door. Not for the faint of heart, I have gotten hard intensity massages in the past. Shiatsu style massage uses various techniques to achieve the desired results. The attendant deploys elbows, knees and even walks on the client when needed. I have experienced all of the above at this business. Also involved is the stretching of arms and legs. Recently, I opted to receive a medium intensity massage. Honestly, I didn't notice anything different. It was still pretty intense. I suppose I can request a light massage in the future, but I really need deep tissue massage by the time I break down and finally decide to part with my money. They take both credit cards and cash. They accept walk-ins. I always call ahead, although recently I have been using text messages to schedule my appointments. I typically get hour or hour and a half appointments. The current rate for one hour is $90. If you are looking for a great massage, this might be the place for you! read more

massage was one of the best ive ever had, but the lady gave me 75 minutes to the T and I paid for 90, then the front desk lady tried to tell me it was because i was 5 minutes early but I was on my phone in the massage room and the masseuse didnt come in to til the time of my appointment on the dot. so with that being said massage was 5 star but customer service had me feeling not good about my experience. they did take $10 of my total, so all in all my last and final experience at the establishment was a 4/5 star. read more

OMG! I have gotten deep tissue massage for years-this is a whole other creature. Stretching in ways I didn't know I could bend. Knees and feet in the back, at one point I was sure she could snap my femur anytime she wanted. We took the two hour treatment and I simply cannot remember ever being so relaxed. My therapist was Arpa. In the past I have been to deep tissue massage, physical therapists, and Chiropractic Care. None can compare to the therapy I had here. Using the body's natural pressure points and stretching brings muscles tendons and Joints back into perfect alignment. My husband is very happy he got a massage on his birthday he already asked me to go there again. Julie is amazing!!! Arpa is seriously the most amazing massage therapist I have ever had and I have had massage in many major cities and had regular massage in Ann Arbor and Chicago. She is a total miracle worker. If you can breathe through the pain and can relax yourself, you are in for the most pleasurable pain ever. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I've been here a few times. I can't believe my experience my last time here. They are so unprofessional and just want your money. I spoke to 'Bo', who has a disgusting attitude and doesn't care about customers, clearly. She didn't know how to handle a customer so she hung up on me and kept making crappy excuses instead. I explained how horrible my massage was and she had the nerve to pretty much say it was my fault because I didn't walk out of the session. Really? Massage businesses charge you if you do that. But apparently they have a rule if you walk out within 5-10 minutes then they won't charge which I was not aware of.. how am I supposed to know? I don't work there..The best part is my therapist didn't speak or understand English well, I had no idea what the heck she was saying. I specially requested a Thai massage not Swedish.. she performed Swedish.. I know every therapist has different styles but every therapist doesn't perform every modality.. there's a difference I know this because I'm a therapist as well. If your therapist doesn't perform Thai massages don't book her that.. really simple. I asked to speak to who's in charge and she decided to handle it instead. Horrible business ethics here. I came for the first time today and brought my grandfather for a Thai massage to help him with some chronic stiffness. I couldn't recommend this business higher. Not only was his massage very successful - he left feeling much better, and will be returning - but my masseuse was totally talented! I worked with Hyk, and she was just phenomenal. Was looking for a new place to get a massage and decided to book one here after reading the reviews. I've been getting half dozen massages every year for the last 20 years and have to say that for the price, the massage I received was one of the best ever. I had the 90 minute deep tissue Thai massage with Sara which was like a combination of deep tissue massage, muscle stretching, joint manipulation, and reflexology. My 60 year old body felt 100% better as far as muscle ache relief and flexibility. The technique of using the weight of the therapist to walk on your back, hamstrings, and calf muscles can really lead to great results. Place was very clean and quiet. I only dealt with Sara who was friendly and polite. One recommendation, however, if you are my age and have had any hip, knee, or shoulder replacement surgery, or any other type of joint operation, I would let the therapist know because of the stretching and movement of legs and arms during some parts of the massage (although if a stretch is a little too much you just have to let the therapist know). To be fair, other places I've had massages at such as vacation resorts or local spas have never asked me either about such an issue, so I have now taken it upon myself to let any therapist be aware just to be safe. In sum, I will be definitely going back to the Ultimate Thai Massage. read more
