Tui Na (twee-na) is a cornerstone of traditional Chinese medicine, and its power comes from how it blends therapeutic touch with a deep understanding of the body’s energy pathways. At its heart, Tui Na focuses on restoring the smooth flow of qi through the meridians using rhythmic pressing, stretching, rolling, and kneading techniques. It’s often used to ease musculoskeletal pain, improve joint mobility, and support overall balance in the body. What makes Tui Na especially compelling is that it doesn’t just chase symptoms—it aims to correct underlying disharmonies, making it both a physical and energetic therapy. A session ranging from gentle, calming work to vigorous, athletic techniques depending on what the body needs. If you’re exploring holistic approaches to wellness, Tui Na is one of the most time‑tested and versatile options out there.
Lulian became a massage therapist because she grew up in a family that deeply valued traditional Chinese healing practices. As a child, she often watched her grandmother use acupressure and herbal remedies to ease the aches of neighbors and relatives, and she was fascinated by how something as simple as skilled touch could bring comfort and calm. Started business in Macomb, MI in Jan. 2016.
History
Established in 2016.
After moving abroad, Lilian realized how meaningful it was to share this part of her culture with others, and she trained professionally so she could blend traditional techniques with modern therapeutic methods. For her, massage therapy isn’t just a job—it’s a way to help people feel grounded, cared for, and connected, just as she felt in her grandmother’s home. Her training and skills began in 2000. After 8 years of experience at various locations like Great Lakes Crossing Mall she decided to open her own business in January 2016 in Macomb Township Michigan. She caters to high-end business owners and local residents.
