That appointment was also canceled. Now for the last month and a half, I have gone back and forth with her attempting to get an appointment. I rescheduled each week, set an appointment, then found out day-of that she's canceling. She claimed to be sick the entire time and eventually canceled four times within a month. She didn't even call or text me to tell me, I had to reach out to HER to find out every time. What if I showed up at my scheduled appointment time like with any other business, instead of double-checking first? When I look at reviews, there were three posted during the time she was "sick". She took other clients but was "too sick" to take me? Last week, I decided I was tired of being dragged around and asked for a refund on the package. She ignored most of my messages, then eventually responded and said she'd "get to it later that day." A week has gone by and no refund. I've been nothing but polite and patient, but I've had enough. Since she hasn't refunded the package despite my requests, I filed a dispute with my bank. I have a full record of my conversation with her, showing every time she canceled and her refusal to give me a refund. I will be submitting all of it as evidence. According to the reviews here, I'm not the only person who's had to deal with this. Don't waste your money or time with this place.

If you look at their price list, you will see that as the length of time increases, they keep adding more body areas -- there's no such thing as "give me 20 minutes of just my shoulders." Communication can be sketchy, as there is always a language barrier to some degree, but when I give general instructions as to where I'm hurting, they will mostly comply.

I recall being so annoyed and upset that they were allowing this person to continue working on my hair. It what is the rule and policy to make sure the hairdresser fix thrown mistakes on the clients. I felt bad for this hairdresser and at the same time frustrated that she was supposed to continue working on my hair. Needless to say my hair was significantly shorter than I had planned when I had stepped into the salon. It was almost 6 inches shorter than I had planned. I'm certain that the whole situation made the hairdresser even more nervous as she realize she had messed up the first pass and felt even greater pressure to fix it after the second and third pass. Remember watching the clock and realizing that the hairdresser that was next to her head cut three people's hair in the time it took her to initially cut and fix my hair. It was pointless to stress out this hairdresser any further and I clammed up let her finish. It was a dreadful experience and wore me out completely.
