A short drive later, I was enjoying an hour long foot massage. This helped me. A lot. This foot massage was like a breath of fresh air. My arch, still sore from the charley horse, was grateful for the attention. Even in-between my toes, which I didn't realized could be sore... but hey. I learned something new. I enjoyed the foot massage so much I went ahead and sprung for a body massage after. It was also very good. With the pandemic keeping me home for a year, I had forgotten how good it was to pay someone to beat up your body. Deeply enjoyable. I will be back!

My masseuse was wonderful. She gave a firm massage that was also relaxing. I only learned about Acupressure Massage & Reflexology after a not-so-fantastic Yelp Elite event at Clean Your Dirty Face (CYDF) located in the same strip mall. Please read my review to learn more about that experience. Interestingly enough, I saw postcards for CYDF at Acupressure Massage & Reflexology, offering free facials to anyone who wanted one, so that offer wasn't just for Yelp elites. When I wrote that CYDF felt gimmicky and like a multi-level marketing scheme, I suppose I was onto something. CYDF offers a 3-minute $20 massage as a facial add-on. I recommend skipping CYDF if you want a massage or a relaxing experience and going to Acupressure Massage & Reflexology instead. You'll get a lot more for your money here. I will be back to Acupressure Massage & Reflexology whenever I'm in Rochester and need a massage.

We tried neck and shoulders chair massage and feet massage. We both enjoyed the treatments. The feet massage in particular was great. It started with a cleansing in warm water followed by an intense reflexology to the feet and ankle. To conclude, a hot towel at the bottom of the feet. The place is quiet, and squeaky clean. I would surely recommend it and I'll make time to be back to address a muscle tightness in the lower back.
