I zoned out during the facial hehe. I had two others with me and they received a massage. They were relaxed and glad that we planned this visit. I'm kind of weary of spas outside of popular areas. Call me spoiled but I usually go to to Birmingham if I want to be really relaxed. This spa was tiny but cute and i had nice company. They really try to have great customer service and they surprised us with a charcuterie and mimosas. So kind of them. Definitely will recommend them and support small businesses!

Good Health is great because I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes before a masseuse/masseur was available. I always get the chair massage, and they are usually good. The drawback is you're not going to get a customized experience here - the workers all provide pretty much the exact same technique. If you look at their price list, you will see that as the length of time increases, they keep adding more body areas -- there's no such thing as "give me 20 minutes of just my shoulders." Communication can be sketchy, as there is always a language barrier to some degree, but when I give general instructions as to where I'm hurting, they will mostly comply.
