If I could give zero stars I would. Called in and a male answered the phone so apparently this is a call center, I asked for a deep tissue massage price. $60 for one hour, awesome price... if it was actually a massage! Oh and from 5:00-5:40 is not an hour by the way. Also neither of the ladies spoke English, so they did not communicate with me or ask me what I was coming in for. Then they had me pay BEFORE my massage.... do not waste your money or time. Just go pay the $90 for a real massage. I just spent $70 ( I tipped before because I didn't have a choice) on getting lotion rubbed on my back for 40 minutes. My neck and shoulders are more tense from aggravation! read more

I had a sore spot in my low back For almost two weeks. I went to a CMT after a few days who had excellent training/credentials. It felt good, Swedish style, but the next morning the sore spot remained. Later in the week, I went to my Chiropeacter, but the pain was still there, possibly a little more, especially the next morning. I remembered this spa - TJ had exceptional therapists and very reasonable pricing, so I went the next week and had a 60 minute massage. It never felt uncomfortable in any way, but the masseuse was working deep into various areas with a variety of techniques. Long story short, the next morning all pain was gone and did not return. What ever this petite lady did relieved many days of discomfort and pain medicines. I am grateful for her ability. I recommend TJ's, over all other massage and Chiropractic care, as therapists here have refined techniques that simply work very well. read more

Place is good, clean, masseuse are great and Ron is awesome with customers. Last minute reservation, Ron fit me in the schedule for 3 masseuse. This place is a absolute joke of a company! After my massage was done the lady asked for a tip i gave her a $20 bill and asked for $10 change back. She then said no‍like what is this a joke. Then the manager came out and she said no too and when i raised my voice she said ok and gave me a $5 bill then started giving me the rest in singles slowly what a joke you expect a tip when you act like this? I really wanted to love this place and find a good massage spot, me and my husband got a couples massage & it was 2 ladies one was Julia and I can't remember the other one, during our "relaxing" massage these ladies were talking in their language for the first 20 min and giggling with each other, we didn't say anything after the massage as we were walking out the two ladies waiting for tip we put 2 $5 bills and said thank, the taller lady responded..and said $10 for me? My husband said no each $5 and she had a weird look on her face and said at least $10, $20 each of us, $5 is no value!!! WHATT??? Worst massage I've ever gotten!! I requested a one hour deep tissue massage and made an appointment over the phone. I specified that I only needed my neck, back, and shoulders done and that I didn't feel comfortable removing unnecessary clothing. The guy over the phone, who I'll assume is the owner, assured me that my requests would be met only for $60. Instead, I was told to remove all my clothing and she basically just elbowed me in my back & rubbed her hands all over me until my skin burned. I told her that she applied too much pressure and she ignored me. Then I asked her to just focus on my back and she takes off the towel, pulls my underwear down, and began to massage the top of my @$$!!!!! I stopped her and asked her to step out while I put my clothing on. I asked for a refund for the remaining 30 minutes and she had me call her boss (the guy I made the appointment with) for him to give me attitude and tell her to only give me back $20. Then I turn around to leave and she stops me for a her tip which she says is a "REQUIREMENT"!! This place is HORRIBLE and clearly a front for perverts to have Asian women rub all over them to satisfy some sick fantasy!!! read more

This felt like an amateur operation at 5 star prices. It should have been a red flag when I was able to get a same day appointment. The owner TJ is very friendly. It's all down hill from there. When I walked in, TJ took me to a room, told me to get undressed and which way to lay. He also assured me that the therapist understood English...an odd start. The therapist came in and began the massage, no introduction, no question about problem areas. The massage itself was average at best. The rooms dont have floor to ceiling walls. Therefore during the massage I could hear every client greeted as they came in and every conversation happening outside the room, including TJ paying his Comcast bill. When the massage was done, I gave the therapist an average tip for an average massage. She actually told me to give her more. This happened in front of TJ to which he simply replied, "she's not being mean just honest". I was appalled. Overall, this was probably the most expensive massage I've ever had and the least relaxing. Save your money...go anywhere else. read more

I was hoping to find a good massage therapist close to home.....NOT. Should have paid more attention to the reviews, but I was in pain and decided to take a chance. Might as well have thrown my money out the window. I was greeted by the therapist, for whom English is not her first language- which is FINE except that she was not able to communicate basics. When I asked for a deep tissue massage, she shrugged and said "little bit", then lifted her shirt and showed me the patch on her own back (?pain patch?). I was hesitant. I paid up front, was charged an extra $2 for using my VISA. She showed me to a room, told me to get undressed and put the towel over my body. That thin bath towel covered about 1/3 of me. This building was a former tanning salon, so the rooms are built to stay cool! She proceeded to leave me mostly uncovered (translate: naked and cold!!), while she gave a very light massage. At one point she left the room without saying anything and I'm thinking 'are we done?'.....just as I was about to get up, she comes back with a warm washcloth to wash the lotion off my back. I agree with the review that says "it's like paying someone to rub lotion on my back"! 100% agree. Don't waste your money. read more
