I workout often. Beat my body up pretty regularly. I feel you need to spend as much time with recovery, mental health, and rest. I enjoy cupping. There are debates on the efficacy of it, and I won't engage that debate here. I'll tell you that massage doesn't release muscles like cupping does, for me. User experience varies but this has been the most therapeutic option for Pablo. Found this place not on Yelp, but on a basic Google search because yelp didn't pull this company up for some odd reason. Called them and they accommodated my schedule and got me right in. Worked with leti for 30 and someone else for 30. Can't remember her name but leti...I remember her name. Her hands are strong as all get out. She knows what she is doing. Not that the other girl didn't, just leti was epic. So had my cupping done, got out of there and felt amazing. I try to get this done every couple weeks, despite the bruises it leaves. But the bruises don't hurt. While they look like you have gotten into a epic battle with an octopus, no pain and helps release the tension in the muscles. Call it myofascial release, if you will. It's not cheap. Probably the most expensive cupping place I have been to, to be honest. Most average 70-80/hr but they are 110/hr. Maybe I can swindle them next time as a "repeat customer". I'll do my best, I'm still cheap :) If you've never tried it, it's definitely amazing. Just a massage from Leti I'm sure is amazing. So will I be back? I'm someone who swears pretty religiously on the advice/reviews of fellow yelpers to find new places to go, and thank goodness my deep digging led me to Massage Tonics!! I booked online without a problem, originally for a sports massage (as I am a dancer and typically enjoy the stretching aspect). The location was easy enough to find and very clean, and I have to thank the massage gods for pairing me with Letty. She has been so kind, and she's listened to every explanation of every new body ache and cramp (I've been working at a day job that isn't very ergo dynamic). The first massage I had with her was the best I've ever had, she heard my needs and crafted an experience that left me feeling completely satisfied and more. She delivered the perfect amount of pressure to where I felt like she was taking care of my problem spots, and I was still relaxed the whole time. I've come back to her several times, and it feels like each massage builds on the last (with new techniques and add-ons, like cupping). She has been so diligent and caring, and her ability to alleviate some of my stubborn knots and body aches is so appreciated. I cannot recommend her highly enough! read more

BEST massage there is. I've been coming here sporadically since 2018 while I kept having a membership at massage heights. I've literally been wasting my time and money at massage heights and plan to cancel it ASAP. Every time I come here I'm reminded of what a real massage and fire cupping is like. Sarah is very good at working out high tension areas and knots. She always asks what area is bothering you and always leaves you feeling better. Dayana was great and very informative. Educating me on cupping, the different styles (massage, sport, etc.), and benefit of future treatments for me. She explained to me why she did specific techniques and what she found with my body. Many places don't generally offer that to you unless you specifically ask. She also explained how many treatments I would need until I may notice a difference, and it wasn't an outrageous number at all like some places would give you to try and get you to come back. 30 years ago after my first ever massage, the therapist told me to be still and just feel my body. It was amazing. That is the same feeling that the therapists at Massage Tonics give their clients. I feel really safe because their therapists are vaccinated from COVID-19 and the rooms are serene and spotless. I had a Thai-Style massage from Pantipa when I visited. It was the first time she was my therapist here. She did a wonderful job! She was very friendly and is an expert therapist! I recommend Massage Tonics and Pantipa for Thai massage. She is well trained (I have visited the place where she was trained in Thailand so I know she is a real-deal Thai Massage therapist) She made sure she was using the correct pressure and that I was comfortable the entire time.
