When we arrived, all rooms have massage beds for full body massage. I showed them the picture from Yelp with the chairs and told them I verified over the phone. Sadly, it was my American accent that must have been confusing for the people answering the phone. It's one thing to have a problem and it's another to see how a business handles it. I don't understand how I am in the wrong in this situation and there was no attempt to make it better. I left two stars because the massage therapist was very good but didn't know how to do a foot massage - walking on my back is not a foot massage

I purchased 3 massages got there at 5:30.... mind you they close at 8... the lady finally came to the door 20 mins later after me trying to get in touch with them just to tell me (We can't do you).... This was my first time going there and I would never go back. Also the massage therapist didn't have any shoes on and she would give me the managers info to complain. They didn't have anyone at the front desk to let anyone in to even communicate with me that's the reason the door was locked. they were just very unprofessional and i wouldn't recommend a roach to this establishment. so my advice would be to stay clean from this establishment. I have been working like crazy the past few weeks and spent a great deal of time on my feet on concrete. My body was feeling run down. So I needed to find a spot that could give a good massage. I'm glad I came upon Memorial Foot Relax. I shop in Bunker Hill a bit and have seen this place before. Something said try it out today. I went inside and was instantly greeted. I decided to get the foot massage and back massage combo. The foot massage was decent. I nodded off a few times. After that I was taken to another room for the back massage. My masseuse asked me what level of pressure I'd like and I told her I needed firm. I'm a big guy who does Olympic lifting. I need intense pressure to work out knots and tension. She said okay. Next thing I know she's hopped on the table and walking on my back. It was epic. Every knots and pressure spot was massaged out. I left there feeling great. Definitely going back! Affordable prices, no wait, clean and staff wears masks. Thanks Memorial for helping make a bad better so much better!

Summer was so determined to get my neck and shoulders into some sort of respectable state. At some point she got up on the table and put me in this weird chokehold like position so she could dig her elbows into my neck. I realize this probably doesn't sound great but my neck needed it so bad. Now I'm definitely sore but I can swivel my neck around so I'm a happy camper. I would continue to go back for sure. A few things to note. I think their website got hacked because now it's some weird casino looking thing. They are still open just fyi. Also, they do take walk ins. They're not the most helpful if you don't know what you want in appearance, but once you're in the room the MT is really sweet and caring.

I used to visit this place monthly to see Lisa when I lived in the area. After I moved to a…read moredifferent part of town, I found a new shop to visit. Unfortunately, the one good therapist that worked there left, so I was back on the hunt for a new spot. As luck would have it, I was back in the old neighborhood after a business meeting and decided to give this place another try. I'm so glad I did. The people here are all super friendly, and the rooms are clean and relaxing. Nothing has changed in that respect. Lisa has moved on, but in her place I was introduced to Anna. She referred to herself as tall Anna because, well, she's tall. She's also strong. Like VERY strong. As a 50-something that works out daily, I have some tight spots and some sore spots. With other therapists in the past I would ask for medium pressure and then point out when I needed deeper pressure. They would do their best, but it always seemed like their medium would fade toward light as the session went on and their deep was them putting every bit of weight they could muster into a single spot. This would lead to somewhat irregular pressure, and each visit was different from the previous. Really hit or miss, regardless of the therapist. Not with Anna though. Her medium is a firm, but soothing and consistent amount of pressure and, when she finds a tight spot, she puts just a little bit more into it without breaking cadence. It's a truly relaxing experience. It's going to sound weird, but I'd equate it to driving a car with more than enough power to handle any situation. Where a weaker car has to work as hard as it can to get to and maintain certain speeds, the more powerful car can do it effortlessly and with grace. I've now been back to see Anna four times and each time is just as good as the last. She is the epitome of consistency. It's worth the half hour drive to see her every week. Highly recommended!
