They had ample parking and the person there to greet us was very friendly and happy to see us. They had our rooms ready to roll, and everything looked and smelled clean. Every Asian massage place is like Russian roulette... you never know what will happen. Bliss takes place here. It was relaxing but then you get spanked, yanked, and stretched out of the blue. I loved it, but it's not for everyone. It was def what I needed after a long day of travel and working. The small Asian woman I had said her name was coco. I'd def get her again but I'm sure every staff there does a good job. Both my coworker and I came out feeling loose as a goose and in that half drunk state. The staff member who checked us out was very appreciative of our patronage and was so polite. Def not what I'm used to at Asian massage places in vegas. The next day, he was in severe pain and could barely move. No massage should leave someone needing emergency medical care. To make matters worse, they pressured us for a larger tip despite the poor service. The entire experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. Save yourself the money and the pain--there are much better places to go. I would never return and cannot recommend this business to anyone.

My wife got a referral from her doctor for mental health services. I don't know if she was referred…read moreto this place specifically, but some person calls her to get her set up and immediately asks for pictures of her ID, Insurance ID, and a credit card. HUGE RED FLAG. She asked what they needed the CC info for and they said it's for copays as they are telehealth. She asked if there was a patient portal for payments and was told no, but they could delete the pictures once they have it in THEIR secure portal. My wife said she was not comfortable sending pictures of her credit card and the call ended. About an hour later she got a call from their "director" confirming that she was refusing care. I don't know how many times I've heard in this day and age that you DO NOT SEND PICTURES of your CC to ANYONE. EVER. Much less both your CC and your ID. Second, there was no confirmation on if my wife even wanted to do therapy via telehealth or zoom. None. It was just a call that was like "we got your referral, please give us your CC and personal info". Yeah, no I do not recommend this place. Asking for pictures of credit cards and ID's is highly suspicious. Telehealth should have a portal to pay copays and such and not dependent on the supposed provider to charge you whatever, whenever.

My friend is a smart guy and I trust what he says, so I called her asking if she was taking new clients. Juli calls me back right away and has me fill out some paperwork before our first session. It was all really easy with her new patient portal which allows you to put your debit/credit/FSA card for payment. My first meeting with Juli was right before the world shut down due to COVID-19. I've never been to a therapist in-person before, so I thought it would be awkward at first. Juli was hellbent on making sure it wasn't. She is a bubbly, kind, honest person who shows no judgment or bias whatsoever. I told her things in ten minutes what I haven't told 99% of people ever. She put me at ease that quickly. Through our sessions, Juli has constantly challenged my worldview. I like to think I'm a smart guy, and this turns off most healthcare providers. Juli, however, has embraced this and asks me really, *really* thought-provoking questions. She has helped me look at events in my past in an entirely new frame. She never tells me that I'm wrong; instead, she uses guided questioning to elicit self-discovery. When I'm being ridiculous, her facial expressions immediately tell me that I need to rethink. I am kicking myself for not going to a therapist years ago; more specifically, I wish I would have seen HER years ago. She is so down to earth and relatable. As a major plus, she brings her absolutely adorable service dog (a golden retriever). It's a friendly, relaxing place where I never feel uncomfortable or rushed. Love everything about this place! I started getting massages from Johnny almost two years ago and since then this is the only person I go to. Working as a cocktail server my body experience tension and pain in my neck, shoulder and back area. Johnny knows to work all of my tension areas so after the massage my body feels rejuvenate and pain free. Sometimes I just want to have a relaxing, meditating hour and I go back to this place again and I get different pressure massage with hot stones so when I'm finished my energy levels are very high. Through out the years I went to so many different massage places searching for one spot that I can always come back (not wanting to go through experiences of not being happy with the massage or the service or the massage therapist) and I'm extremely happy that I found it here. read more

I have been going to Johnny at Massage Solutions for about a year. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulder and neck area, and Johnny is always able to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. With my permission, she tries different techniques and will ask for feedback on the amount of pressure she is using. My comfort is always her main concern. She takes her time and does a thorough job. It feels so good that I am sorry when it is over. I truly feel like I died and went to heaven when she works on me. I keep going back for a combination deep tissue and hot stone massage. They had never seen her, never asked about her medical history, and never asked whether she had medical clearance. They simply refused based on her age. Before the massage even started, my mother burped once. The staff immediately said that if she was "ill," we would have to pay for the full hour. I explained that she was not sick. She had simply burped. Less than 10 minutes into the massage, the therapist stopped the massage and claimed my mother was ill. I immediately asked my mother how she felt, and she told me she felt perfectly fine and wanted to continue the massage. I told the therapist that my mother was not sick and wanted to finish the appointment. The therapist refused and walked away. The therapist repeatedly claimed there was something wrong with my mother's nose. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my mother's nose, and my mother was not ill. When I asked both the receptionist and the massage therapist for their names, they refused to identify themselves. I requested their names multiple times, and they still refused. Their refusal can be verified by the business's security cameras. I then photographed the massage licenses displayed at the business to identify the employees involved because they would not provide their names when asked. The names displayed were Chunfang Wu and Yuqi Li. What was just as upsetting as the treatment itself was the complete lack of customer service and accountability. When a customer has a legitimate concern, refusing to identify yourself, refusing to answer questions, and simply walking away is unacceptable. My mother was humiliated and treated with a complete lack of dignity and respect. She was denied service yesterday because they said she was "too old," and today her massage was abruptly ended even though she repeatedly said she felt perfectly well and wanted to continue. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and deeply upsetting. No customer, especially a 75 year old woman, should be judged solely because of her age, embarrassed over a single burp, or have a massage terminated despite repeatedly stating she felt fine. I will never return to this business, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Everyone hid to avoid giving me their name. With this type of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service this business is doomed to go out of business soon.
