I booked the Allora Signature package and spent the entire day relaxing and enjoying every service. Next time in town, I will definitely book another Allora spa day. The only change that would have made my experience better is if I did not have to leave the room. Between services, you exit the room and sit in a chair located in a small hallway until the next service. It would've been better and more relaxing, as the client, to stay in the room for all services. Understandably, the spa is small and they do their best to ensure comfort despite the necessary merry go round. This is NOT a deterrent from returning by any means but it did catch me off guard. Gratuity is added and given to an each team member. My appointment was scheduled over the phone which allowed me to customize a service included in the package. A deposit is required at booking and the remaining balance after appointment.

I booked the Allora Signature package 5 hours of services at over $600 and left feeling like I'd…read morepaid premium prices for a below-average experience. It started at check-in. They ask you to arrive 20 minutes early, but there's no reason to: no tour, no walkthrough of the services, no robe, no changing room offered, no one even pointed out the restroom. I was handed a drink and told to "go down the hall, take a right" to the tea room. No escort at a supposed luxury spa. My 90-minute massage started 5 minutes late and ended 13 minutes early. I paid for 90 minutes and received 72. Back in the tea room, another guest's child was playing in the candy, the fountain, and the drinking water while I waited another 10 minutes past my scheduled time. The facial was not the anti-aging facial described just basic rubbing and dermaplaning, delivered after I could hear staff gossiping in the lobby. The "hand and foot treatment" was a dry rub with exfoliation gloves before strapping on lotion-filled gloves and booties. The scalp massage was so perfunctory I asked the technician to stop and end the service early. It felt like they were padding out the clock to make up for time shaved off everything else. Think Massage Envy at triple+ the price. If you're considering the top-tier package here, don't. There is nothing signature or luxury about it.

I LOVE this place! I've been going here for a few months, and I do the monthly membership. I think…read morethe membership is a great price for either a massage or a facial. I've done both. The ladies at the front desk are always super sweet and helpful, and one time I purchased an expensive serum from there that leaked so bad and they were able to let me exchange the serum for a new one. If you need a massage I cannot recommend Susie enough. She is absolutely amazing and gives the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. I use Caroline for my facials and she is knowledgeable and sweet too. This may be the jewel of Lake Nona for me!

Pristine Spa lash artist, Sarah, was the answer to my prayers. She took the time to understand how I wanted my lashes to look and made sure I was satisfied. Sarah is a pleasure to work with and her lash skills are sublime. I always leave feeling amazing because thanks to Sarah, my lashes are perfect. If that wasn't enough, Ashley and Alessia at the front desk are simply delightful, and I look forward to seeing them each time I come in for lashes. I'm truly grateful to have found such a wonderful place!

At the end of our services, they had a little surprise, goodie bag for us which was really nice. I had a facial and massage by Dina. You can tell she is a professional with many years of experience. I've needed a massage for some time, but being new to the area I have had a hard time finding somewhere affordable with convenient hours. I decided to give Samantha a call and I couldn't be happier. We had a great experience at Allora Day spa in downtown Orlando…read more We went for a couples deep tissue massage and it was fantastic. The spa was inviting and filled with warm tones throughout. After we checked in we were offered a glass of wine (of your choice) which was a delightful treat and something you often don't see at a spa. We slipped back to the cozy lounge while we waited for our massage therapist to arrive. We were greeted by Angel and Kiara who lead us to our room. Both of them were fantastic and provided a wonderful deep tissue experience. Each of them knew exactly the right pressure and when to dig in deeper After our massage we were both rejuvenated thanks to Angel and Kiara! I highly recommend them and the Allora Day spa!

I've been going to Allora for several years for massages and they're fantastic!…read more I highly recommend Kiara as her hands are literal magic. My back feels amazing whenever she's done with me. Their membership tiers are very fair and comprehensive. I love that the unused monthly vouchers can be rolled over to the next month and stacked for multiple services. It's also super convenient that there are no contracts and cancellation is easy. Even though they're downtown, parking is nice because, thankfully, they provide validated garage parking; though the spots there are kinda small and can fill up if you go at busy times. I love that they also have multiple locations, so you can go to whichever location is most convenient. If you're looking to treat yourself to a spa day, I cannot recommend Allora enough.

My husband and I booked a couples massage here, and while the massage itself was perfectly fine, I…read morerealized this style of spa just isn't for me. I've been fortunate enough to visit a few destination and resort spas over the years, so I've come to associate a massage with the entire experience--the atmosphere, the amenities, the sense of escaping for a couple of hours. Essentials is much more of a straightforward wellness clinic than a luxury spa, and that's something I wish I had better understood before booking. The space is clean and the staff were professional, but the environment felt more functional than relaxing. For me, it didn't create that "leave the world behind" feeling that I'm looking for when I spend money on a self-care day. If your priority is simply getting a massage from a convenient neighborhood location, this may be a good fit. If you're hoping for a more indulgent, high-end spa experience with an upscale ambiance, you may want to look elsewhere. Neither approach is wrong, it just depends on what kind of experience you're after.

The facility is…read moreclean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the therapists are professional and do a nice job. I particularly recommend Isaac! I don't think they pay their therapists well because they are very insistent about you tipping them. So be ready to tip on top of the already very expensive $140/hr massage price. If you do the membership program it is $85/month for one massage. They have the unfortunate location right next to a karate class so you can hear students shouting sometimes. It wasn't terribly disruptive though. Also they seem overly concerned about inappropriate behavior so before every massage they make you sign a form saying you will stop the massage if anything happens that you don't like. They also don't let their therapists massage muscles they feel are too sensitive to do such as adductors, gluteals and pectorals. So if you are an athlete or want a full body massage this is not the place for you.
