I was on my 3rd day at Disneyland when we went back to our room for a nap. My feet were killing me so I decided to get a foot massage. They took me to a room with 2 beds. As my feet were soaking she started massaging my neck, shoulders, and arms. She placed a wash cloth over my eyes. After about 10 minutes I heard someone else come in the room. My masseuse left for a couple minutes and I could tell the other person was undressing for a massage. My masseuse and another then returned. I was only getting a foot massage so I was fully clothed but it still bothered me that they brought someone else in the room and didn't even tell me. It felt very uncomfortable. Other than that the massage was nice. After she massaged my feet she did have me turn over and worked on my back. It felt nice but I really would have preferred the time spent massaging my feet as that is what I went in for. read more

Came here a few weeks ago for a massage, the place was okay. The people were nice but I wouldn't come back here. You don't have complete privacy. The beds are separated by curtains. You get charged before you go back which I didn't like because they make you sign without filling out the tip part. The room was warm I usually like it a bit cooler so I can relax. read more

I've been coming here for a long time with my boyfriend but today I decided to come in alone after a long day at work. I called in advance to make sure they were available and asked if they had a female available (I'm very uncomfortable with men touching me, especially because this place has you undress). When I arrived the receptionist asked me if I had an appointment. I told her I called and she matched my time slot with my phone number. I went in the room and you start the massage facing down so I was unaware that my masseuse was a male when he walked in. He didn't greet me or ask me any questions so I had no idea he was a man until halfway through the massage when he asked me to flip over. I immediately realized what had happened and I got extremely uncomfortable and could not even enjoy the remainder of my massage. When I informed the receptionist in the front afterwards, all she said was "oh sorry, I confused you with another girl and I gave her the female. Sorry next time." I don't know how she confused me with someone else when she confirmed everything when I walked in. As a long time customer, I found this extremely unacceptable and I probably won't be returning for another massage. read more

Decent massages for a reasonable price. I didn't have an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. I even came in late night and was able to get a back and neck massage. The atmosphere is clean if a bit sparse. But the price is right. The only problem is it's hard to communicate with the massage therapist exactly what u need as English is not most first language. I am so glad I gave this place a chance. After I got off work the other night I was cranky, sore, tired and stressed out. I had been researching reflexology massages and this one was close to my house. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an appointment quickly, later in the evening as I had called another massage place claiming to be open but never heard back from them. I went with the 60 min reflexology massage and it was fantastic. I believe the lady's name was Coco and she did such a wonderful job. However in the back, the rooms fit 2 massage tables; therefore, I was massage next to a stranger in the same room. The room is so nosy due to the dry cleaner next door. We were a walk in and they told us up front that they didn't have a couples room available for another hour and gave us the option to do separate rooms or return later. So if you know ahead of time that you will be coming in, just give them a call to check their availability. My massage was great! Not too hard but definitely firm enough to make a difference. This place is just perfect for those moments when you have some free time to spare and looking for some good muscle work and relaxation. I've tried a few other 'foot' massage places in the area and hands down, this one is the BEST! Don't expect a fancy spa setting or to converse with your therapist, which I actually appreciate when I just need some down time. I don't even mind the pay before your massage policy, lower tables, layers of towels and sheets, curtained off rooms or the fact that I could hear the guy having a massage in the next curtained off room snoring peacefully. I even found myself starting to snore as the foot reflexology part of the treatment ensued. Both times I've been here did not disappoint! They accommodated me within an hour or two of calling.
