No feet (which was fine, I didn't want a foot massage). She checked in with me numerous times to see how I was doing. I did tell her to go harder when she got to my problem area. If you're looking for a zen, singing bowl, incense burning place, this isn't it. If you're looking for a good, get the kinks out, this is the place. One reviewer complained about the price. Idk where they're from but $70 for an hour is a great price. And tipping? Heck yeah! You should absolutely be tipping the person giving you a massage. It's a physical job. I honestly left feeling much better than when I went it. Usually when I leave a massage, there's still an achy area. Sheila got me feeling good. Thank you so much!

I've been seeing Lilin for about 6 years now. She is one of the best massage therapists that I've…read moreever been to and in my opinion, is very reasonably priced. She's always been friendly and very accommodating. I typically get 60-90 minute Swedish massages with hot stones. Her massages are incredibly relaxing and very consistent. I have rheumatoid arthritis so there are certain areas of my body that get really bad knots or the muscles are tight, and she is able to make significant improvements. She's very strong and is able to adjust pressure as needed. I love the muscle cream she uses for massages too. I've encouraged my boyfriend to also get deep tissue massages from her and he also really enjoyed his experience. I always recommend friends & family to her. Massages are completely private. Lilin also has an online business called Thai Pantry (https://thaipantry.net) selling Thai goods (snacks, drinks, dry goods), so she has a display of available items in the front lobby area. I definitely don't mind going home after a massage with a fun snack! The location is a suite in a private office building. It's a very small parking lot, but I never have a problem finding a space. Support small businesses, especially hers!

EXCELLENT DOCTOR, STAFF, TREATMENT, AND MASSAGE THERAPIST…read more WAS SUCCESSFUL IN BRINGING ME BACK TO LIFE! lol It took me a good while to finally jump on Yelp and share my humble opinion, not because I forgot to do so or because I forgot how I was treated... NO! It was because, after being treated by Dr. Nick, I was able to get back to my busy life and keep moving forward. Not only did Dr. Nick listen to my concerns, but he also identified and treated the exact areas that needed attention. He was successful in helping me feel better and get back to doing what I needed to do. At the time, I was studying for the LSAT, which meant long days and even longer nights of studying. My neck and back became extremely stiff and tense. As a mom, paralegal, law student, notary public, and children's teacher at my church, I always have a lot going on! After my treatment with Dr. Nick, I was able to continue working, studying, and keeping up with my many responsibilities. I am truly grateful. Thank you to God, Dr. Nick, and massage therapist Sandra for helping me get back to doing what I love and what I need to do.

As a barber, I'm on my feet 10-12 hours a day, the pain was affecting every part of my life. Thankfully, I found Life Performance Chiropractic on social media and booked an appointment with Nick, the owner. From day one, the experience has been amazing. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly care about your recovery. It's a one-stop shop--they offer chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, and even decompression treatments. The decompression machine has made a huge difference in relieving the pressure in my lower back. Nick is an excellent chiropractor who really listens and takes his time with you. Sam, the trainer, is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me rebuild strength and mobility. Sandra gives some of the best massages I've ever had--she's also incredibly kind and calming. And Marjorie at the front desk is always helpful and easy to work with when scheduling appointments. I honestly wouldn't be able to manage the pain and stay on my feet all day if I hadn't found this place. I highly recommend Life Performance Chiropractic to anyone dealing with injuries or chronic pain. They also offer a $67 promo for first-time visitors, well worth it!

There's plenty of parking right outside! We were greeted by a gentleman at the front desk who asked if we wanted a medium or deep tissue massage. He also asked if we wanted to be in the same room or separate rooms. We didn't mind either way, so we were put in separate rooms. The massage was fantastic. The masseuse kept checking in to make sure the pressure was okay. I really liked the hot stones, which were included in the original price. So relaxing! And the part where they cracked my back was super satisfying. I also appreciated the music playing in the background; it really helped me relax. Overall a great experience.
