Mine was a little more of a stronger massage, my gf didn't get the same style which was nice. I personally don't want soft touch but rather a sports massage with mid to strong pressure and my therapist understood without me even saying anything. However, let them know if you want a softer massage and I'm sure they will adjust. But overall great experience and looking forward to our next visit hopefully soon!

But unfortunately my therapist seemed to be in a rush with every movement she did. I told her some of her movements hurt, she said sorry, but continued to put pressure on spots with her elbow(like on my ear, etc). I wasn't relaxed at all. Then, when I went to pay, the front desk staff chased me when I was out the door for more tip. Sad to say I won't be back.

I didn't realize my credits expired after a certain amount of time, and I was worried when I called. Damaris couldn't have been sweeter. She was understanding and extended my credits so they wouldn't go to waste. On top of that, the therapist I used to see wasn't available, so Damaris took the time to help me choose a new one. She didn't rush me and genuinely seemed to care that I ended up with a good fit. It's rare to find this kind of customer service anymore. When you're already having a stressful day, someone who helps you patiently and pleasantly makes a huge impact. Damaris is an asset to the South Bay location, and she's a big part of why I'd recommend Now Massage.

I took it as I should have called to ask about availability. I normally do a 90 minute massage at other places so I told myself well something is better than nothing. BUT the person massaging me, Ivy, worked wonders in those 45 minutes! She focused on the area of my concern and she did not waste anytime. She did more for me in those 45 minutes than Ive gotten in other places for 90 minutes!! 100% recommend, I immediately booked Ivy again for the week after for a 90 min session. If i felt great after 45 minutes, I could only imagine how amazing a 90 minute session will be. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

My husband recommended Mirai Massage, so I decided to give it a try--and I'm so glad I did. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session, and the massage was both gentle and effective. After the treatment, and even the next day, I didn't experience the soreness or unusual pain that I had with previous massages. Instead, my body felt lighter, more relaxed, and my back felt much better. Mirai Massage has definitely become my favorite. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a skilled and caring massage therapist.

For the record: All the massage therapists get 5 stars they're amazing…read more I try not to do bad reviews often but i am so frustrated at this point i am going to try to cancel my membership early My fiance and i received gift cards for our birthdays for here and we received a text that they were doing 20% off an 80 min massage this weekend so we booked it thinking it would be a perfect time to use the gift card. After the appointment, the same woman in the front was checking us out and i mentioned we had gift cards we wanted to use for our services and wanted to also make sure the promotion was applied. She said ok and that she would send me the receipt. Nervous to leave, we lingered to wait for the receipt but she continued to say she would send it. On my way home i received a call saying she needed my credit card information so i gave it to her over the phone. I checked my email and saw my receipt. I was charged nearly double what we should've paid. I called back and she said that we cannot use gift cards on massages that have the discount. MIND YOU, she called and also never stated this knowing we had already spoken regarding the promotion. I called again after rereading the promotion i received and there is no word or statement saying i couldn't use a gift card for part of my payment. I have never even heard of this concept especially that a gift card is still a form of payment. She said i could talk with management and she'll give them my info. At this point i dont even know what to believe. I'm in so much disbelief at my experience. I truly love everything else and the massage therapists are amazing but my experience with the front has been a nightmare and i can't keep coming knowing it's like this every time which leaves me torn. I sent an email in hopes i hear back but definitely need to start looking for somewhere new to go after this.
