Place is sketchy asf. Came here for a girls day out, the lady at first told us no but then said yes. My friend paid $40 for 30 minutes then immediately after the lady asked for a tip even though she hadn't even started the massage (who asks for a tip beforehand!!) My friend gave a $3 tip and that's when they started laughing and being rude and unprofessional because they wanted a higher tip. We demanded our money back and at some point they tried to lay hands on one of my friends. So unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Horrible service. Their Yelp page advertised $20 for 1 hour foot massage. The sign outside their front door said $25 for 1 hour foot massage. I walk in, the front desk lady says the 1 hour massage is $35. I'm already there and my feet hurt, so I agree and pay the $35. She gives me the massage, it's decent. Afterward, she asks for a tip, so I hand her a $5. She replies the minimum tip is $10. I reply, "That's not how tips work". She again says minimum tip is $10. I decline and walk out. The guy I'm dating decided to treat me to a foot massage. He called to see if an appointment was needed and told we could do a walk in. So we arrived and the rude lady said we were "late" there was nobody there, place completely empty. It was so awkward for a second. Then she said ok to the foot massage. She used gloves and the foot massage sucked! My 5 year old gives better foot massages. When she was done she was not even courteous to hand me my sandals. Totally rude the whole time. Then to top it off she had the nerve to ask my date for a tip.. he gave her $5 and she begged for more money! He gave her $5 more.. smh... this place sucks, customer service sucks, massage sucks! Lol, where do I begin? If you like subpar massage with absolutely no pressure, your masseuse leaving the room to answer the phone and door more than 5x during the massage, and the room being cold af... come here. My boyfriend was in the other room and his masseuse was 20 min late and jipped him on 15 min. He got a 45 min massage when he paid for 1hr.. and he told me his masseuse rubbed his belly in circles for 5 min while on the phone. It makes me laugh, I can't make this up. Called to make an appointment and was given a time to show up. I Arrived at the spa and it was a dark and smelly place smelled like old carpet. The lady at the front desk was clueless looked at me and I told her I had an appointment she asked what kind of massage and then ask for payment before the massage. When I gave her my card she said they only accept cash. It was never disclosed that it was a only cash place. I walked away it was already below my expectations plus the unfriendliness of the staff was not where I wanted my money to be spent. Going to Hideko spa now a little longer commute but I know the experience will be completely different. read more

Was feeling kinda 'meh" and did a walk in. Place was neat and clean, and the price was right. The gal up front was pleasant and I told her that I wanted a Swedish for an hour, and I got in right away. The room I was in had 2 tables but was roomy enough. Actually it was nice to have the 2nd table to put all of my clothes and stuff on. lol. My therapist was very good and maintained a constant pressure with a focus on my back and shoulders. I am big fan of Jing Spa in downtown ES so when I saw a coupon for this place offering similar services I thought I'd give it a try for Mother's Day weekend since it is even closer to where I live. I asked for the $25 foot massage and received $5 off. I made an appointment (which I never have to do at Jing but they recommended here) for 8pm and arrived on time. I was shocked to find out that there was only ONE masseuse here which means that even if you have an appointment and are on time for it that if someone before you is either late for their appointment or walks in past the hour they will make you wait. I was told by the front desk girl that it would be ten more minutes and that I could lie down on the table and wait which I did. Half way through my massage (which included head, neck, face, arms, legs and back) someone walked in and said they would like a massage. The front desk girl told him that it would be a half hour wait which made sense since it felt like the masseuse was about halfway through with mine... I was very surprised to hear the woman giving me my treatment then tell the girl to let the customer know that it would only be twenty minutes. I ended up being glad that I was over sooner than expected and I was shorted time since the massage was not that great and somewhat painful at times. The establishment is located in a seedy 7-11 parking lot with lots of noise outside. They do have private rooms if you pay more for a regular massage but the foot massage tables are out in the main area along with the ringing phones and conversation of the front desk person and anyone coming in and out. They also charge $1 if you use a credit card! Won't be coming back here. read more

Went in for a deep tissue massage and was able to get an appointment for the time I wanted for 30 minutes later. I definitely got worked good as I have been overdue for a massage. I usually get a Thai massage in MB but thought I would give this place a try since it is so close. I am happy I went to Fantastic massage and will definitely go back. Terrible Experience. Let me explain this was my first time EVER getting a massage from any kind of professional. To make a long story short. The place was clean, the massage was a decent one. (Got one for an hour || The Deep Tissue Massage $50) At THAT moment in time, I felt I was satisfied enough to try out the Swedish for $35. So this is the SECOND one I'm willing to pay for. After handing my money to the Therapist, who, originally gave me the first massage, (She's also the front desk worker) She told me I needed to give her a tip for the first Deep Tissue Massage. I thought she was joking, so I laughed it off and tried to press on to the $35 Swedish Massage, but she pressed the issue demanding I give her a $10 tip. She pressed it so much, I felt uncomfortable and requested for my money back. She gave it to me and told me to get out. The sad part is I planned to give her a $20 tip after the Swedish massage. I came with the intentions of spending money on all of the massages due to it being my first time. If this is how a Therapist feels about their customers, I'd rather spend my money on a Erotic Model. At least she can pretend to like me. All jokes aside go somewhere else. Massaging should be about healing. Not demanding tips. read more

Great location and that's about all I can say. The therapist was nice enough and made me pay before she gave me my massage of which she gave me two choices. Deep tissue or Swedish both $50. I would have liked to have known that I could have saved 25 of my dollars and gotten a foot massage which which most likely would have been better. I came here because my regular place Just Massage (also in El Segundo) was booked at this hour. I can tell you I was not given any paperwork to sign prior to the massage nor did the therapist ask me what areas I needed to be worked on most. She was a nice person who I highly doubt actually has a therapist license. I've gotten massages all over the world and at high-end Spas. This was nothing of the sort. She asked if she could walk on my back and I said yes. I felt it was doing more harm than good since I couldn't breathe and to be honest, it was doing absolutely nothing in the form of Massage. I gave her a $10 tip because, I've been in the service industry and that's just what you do. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, except maybe the $25 foot massage. which I have a feeling you get more bang for your buck. read more

Save your money not even worth the 25! I just had an hour foot massage to which I had to listen to the workers television shows play out of the back room and the neighbors above them playing their television very loud. No relaxation music playing. Masseuse hands smelled like her lunch. The setup left my back hurting as the water bucket was too low to the floor causing me to Arch my back in pain. I could not wait for this massage to be over. Woman did not seem to know how to massage. It felt like an upset grandmother putting lotion on me very roughly. When the massage was done I still wanted to give a little tip so I gave her $3. She counted it in front of me and ask me for more money. When I told her that was all I was giving she waved me out of her shop. I explained to her why I was only giving $3 because of the noise and the pain and lack of ambience to which she laughed came up patted me on my stomach as if to say I'm fat and then waves me out of her shop. I can't make this up! Never again! I highly recommend you go 5 minutes down the street to any other establishment and you will have a completely different experience for the same $25.
