I've had two experiences here and both were great. I forgot the name of the 1st lady I had, she was a large girl with very strong hands and able to apply intense pressure. The 2nd visit was with Whitney, she was slim but also had strong hands, working to find my knots and focused intently on them. I found Sapphire massage from the front desk of hotel I stayed. They highly recommend me to try this spot. After I had checked the reviews on Yelp and Google Local, this place seems legit and phenomenal. I called in to make an appointment in the same day they seem professional and knowledgeable. Amanda, the manager, she was super nice and greeted me right away with big smile. She explained everything clearly- impressive. They gave me an older woman, she seemed tired & I had to tell her mid session several times to please apply more pressure. I paid for deep tissue but she just graced my back. I still feel tense after paying $150-165 I tipped but felt they should have offered me a deal on another massage. I communicated very well. read more

Hop in town for few days and stay at the Westin hotel. Front desk kept suggesting me to try the best massage next to the hotel. I called to make an appointment and checked the rates. The receptionist was nice and friendly. I went there in 15 mins because they were available and cordially welcome walk-in too. The prices are reasonable and acceptable if we compare in Los Angeles area. I paid $115 for Depp tissue 90 mins and I notice the add-on stuffs like hot stone ($25) and hot oil ($25) I skipped this time, honestly I might try next time. The room was clean and nice decoration. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, loved her vibes! The place itself was beautiful, parking is limited you have to find a spot (meter). She explained the massages and I got the deep tissue massage and ofc the focus on one thing more than the massage itself but I asked if it's still a FULL body massage and she said yes.... Yet the masseuse only did my back and only quickly ran through my arms once on each side, so that caught me off guard and was a bummer. Lastly, seems like they push so hard for a tip, I'm not 100% with the tipping community because at the end of the day, people are their to do their job, IF they do go above and beyond or put in a little extra effort, then of course I'd tip but in this experience I didn't want to... however, I did! I believe I left $10 or $15. & only because the receptionist stopped to offer a tiny cup of water (like the mouth rinse type) and then asked if I wanted to tip and before I could answer, she called the masseuse. I called asked if i could stop by or make an appointment. They said they were slow so to come in. On my way there, 5 minutes away, someone called me and said because i didn't pay over the phone i had to wait till 3:15. I have to wait a whole hour now, because the person over the phone didn't tell me i had to pay over the phone.
