My husband and I booked a 90-minute couples massage, and when I tell you this was one of the BEST massages I've had in a while! We got the combination massage, and Kai was amazing. She got all the kinks out and had me feeling relaxed by the time it was over. This was also my first time getting a massage where they actually walk on your back. I was a little nervous at first, but it ended up being totally fine and felt so good! The massage room was spacious, the beds were nice and big, and the whole experience was relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back. read more

My boyfriend and I booked a last-minute couples massage, and they were able to get us in at exactly the time we wanted. It was an incredible 60-minute experience from start to finish! The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the massage was amazing. I truly can't recommend this place enough, we'll definitely be back! read more

Kai and cherry did amazing good quality service. Good customer service too. Took care of us with water at the end.

I found Sapphire massage from the front desk of hotel I stayed. They highly recommend me to try this spot. After I had checked the reviews on Yelp and Google Local, this place seems legit and phenomenal. I called in to make an appointment in the same day they seem professional and knowledgeable. Amanda, the manager, she was super nice and greeted me right away with big smile. She explained everything clearly- impressive. I took 90 mins Combo which was Medium pressure and focusing on my shoulders and mid back perfectly. I love this session so much. Will definitely be back soon read more

What a great massage! Whitney was incredible- I recently had surgery, but she was able to be gentle enough for where my body is in its healing process, yet firm enough to feel like she was able to work out the kinks. I'll definitely return! read more

I've had two experiences here and both were great. I forgot the name of the 1st lady I had, she was a large girl with very strong hands and able to apply intense pressure. The 2nd visit was with Whitney, she was slim but also had strong hands, working to find my knots and focused intently on them. She also walked all over me, using the balls and heels of her feet to relax the muscles. read more

Amazing massage therapist ... one of the best I have experienced in a long time. Left in a state of total calm

They gave me an older woman, she seemed tired & I had to tell her mid session several times to please apply more pressure. I paid for deep tissue but she just graced my back. I still feel tense after paying $150-165 I tipped but felt they should have offered me a deal on another massage. I communicated very well. read more

I went for another massage this morning and got a deep tissue massage from Therapist Gift and she was fantastic!! When I got there my back and neck was stiff and hurting. When Theraptist Gift finished, I felt like a new man. Theraptist Gift only works on Tuesday, according to her manager Amanda. Amanda is a wonderful lady as well. The place is clean and everyone is always friendly. I believe you will love this place!! read more

I am so happy to find out this place. Today is my day off after long holidays hard-working. My body is super sore and fatigued. I need the good treatment especially my 1st day off in 2024! I love the way they communicated when I made a phone call. The receptionist is very friendly and nice. Patiently explained all modalities and prices because it is my first time visit. I was taken care by Yaya for 60 minutes Deep Tissue, she is knowledgeable and caring. She asked where I do need to be focused on and yes, she definitely worked on spots! The room is clean and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended read more

This was absolutely the most relaxed I've been in a very long time. The environment was very clean and welcoming. I plan on returning soon!

I too received an older lady that seem like she was tired and basically rub my back. By far the worst massage I ever experience. Lucky I am not from around here so most definitely will not be coming back. Although I gave a $25 tip cause I felt bad. I feel like tip should not be expected. read more

Hop in town for few days and stay at the Westin hotel. Front desk kept suggesting me to try the best massage next to the hotel. I called to make an appointment and checked the rates. The receptionist was nice and friendly. I went there in 15 mins because they were available and cordially welcome walk-in too. The prices are reasonable and acceptable if we compare in Los Angeles area. I paid $115 for Depp tissue 90 mins and I notice the add-on stuffs like hot stone ($25) and hot oil ($25) I skipped this time, honestly I might try next time. The room was clean and nice decoration. My masseuse came and asked few questions. The session was good and she did the good stretching and my lower back felt better than when I walked in. Thanks! read more

Whitney is amazing! I feel so relaxed and left with no pain. Great price and beautiful spot! Will definitely be back!

The service was exceptional. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I had sometime before my flight and my left shoulder was very hurting. So, I decided to come here for some massage. I had very tide nots around my left shoulder and Fame did a great job at healing that spot. The room was big and quiet. I would recommend coming in. read more

Great service. Helped me feel better. Polite and friendly. Comfortable environment.

I called asked if i could stop by or make an appointment. They said they were slow so to come in. On my way there, 5 minutes away, someone called me and said because i didn't pay over the phone i had to wait till 3:15. I have to wait a whole hour now, because the person over the phone didn't tell me i had to pay over the phone. Money is not the problem on my end your lack of communication with ur customers is the problem. Terrible!!! read more

Very Friendly, I felt welcomed and the environment felt comfortable. I was very relaxed after my massage will be coming again.

They did a really nice job here on a deep tissue massage. Totally above board and no funny business. The therapist keyed in on a bunch of tense muscles in my shoulder area and spent considerable time working the kinks out. Super nice people! To make the Thai experience even better, there is a nice little Thai restaurant next door that had delicious food and pleasant waitstaff. Slept like a baby that night!! read more

The receptionist was very nice and friendly, loved her vibes! The place itself was beautiful, parking is limited you have to find a spot (meter). She explained the massages and I got the deep tissue massage and ofc the focus on one thing more than the massage itself but I asked if it's still a FULL body massage and she said yes.... Yet the masseuse only did my back and only quickly ran through my arms once on each side, so that caught me off guard and was a bummer. Lastly, seems like they push so hard for a tip, I'm not 100% with the tipping community because at the end of the day, people are their to do their job, IF they do go above and beyond or put in a little extra effort, then of course I'd tip but in this experience I didn't want to... however, I did! I believe I left $10 or $15. & only because the receptionist stopped to offer a tiny cup of water (like the mouth rinse type) and then asked if I wanted to tip and before I could answer, she called the masseuse. Overall it was 7/10, I wouldn't go back, still nice people but it wasn't for me. read more

Very good technical massage targeting tight muscles from the plane ride into L.A. Worth a visit if you want actual massage (and not just a scam like so many other places in the area). Very much appreciate a legitimate massage this close to the Westin! read more
