On the day of my appointment, I received an email just a few hours beforehand stating that my appointment had been canceled because they weren't opening that day. I wasn't aware of this email until I reached out to the owner through text and she asked if I had received the email. Her assistant sent me. and then I was told to reschedule. I requested a discount due to the inconvenience and unprofessionalism, or if not, a refund. However, the response I received was a rude, poorly written email stating that I hadn't been charged and to specify what refund I was seeking. This communication seemed sarcastic. I apologized and stated I assumed I was charged before hand due to me having to provide my card information to book an appointment. I was granted a mere $20 discount for a future appointment. (Which really isn't considered a discount since this is the exact deal she has going on right now for Thanksgiving) I found this unfair given their policy of retaining half the service fee if a client cancels less than 24 hours before their appointment. Despite this, I wasn't offered the same courtesy in return. After I gave a preferred date and time for rescheduling and hearing nothing back for three days, I decided to cancel the appointment altogether. (Emails are provided below)

Additionally I have lower lumbar pain daily that I am medicated for due to the strength of the pain. My shoulders are extremely tight due to trying to manage these issues daily. I was low expectations that someone would be willing to handle the issues that I have. Alinda responded swiftly to my inquiry & comforted me that she would care for all these issues and provide me with relief. I was skeptical. She was a great communicator & on time for our appointment, in which she was willing to provide me same day service as my initial inquiry. She did everything in my room allowing me to stay in my bed. She was even cautious to ensure I did not slip out of my bed with the side rails down. She patiently asked me where I would like to focus on and after she worked on my legs they have been easier to move and straighted out. When I asked her to apply more pressure on my shoulders, she is VERY strong yet with the perfect touch. She even reached out to me the following day to check on me. She is wonderful and extremely skilled. I cannot recommend her higher. Thank you so much Alinda for your professionalism, amazing massage, patience, and attention to detail. Massage Moore doesn't disappoint! I had the absolute pleasure of receiving a massage from Laura, and I can confidently say it was one of the best I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing. Laura has a true gift--every touch was intuitive, every movement precise, and she knew exactly how to release tension in all the right places. Not only is Laura highly skilled and professional, but she also takes the time to understand your specific needs and tailor the massage accordingly. Whether you're looking for deep tissue work, sports massage, relaxation, or relief from chronic pain, she delivers with expertise and care. If you're looking for a top-tier massage experience, look no further - Laura from Massage Moore is simply amazing! I can't wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend! read more

This place was absolutely phenomenal! I had a long flight and had just landed and I was so tense because I hate flying. I checked around me for a massage place and Miss Laura's place popped up. I called and booked the appointment and luckily she wasn't busy this night, booking the appointment was easy no hassle and you talk directly to Miss Laura. I got there and parking was simple I was greeted at the door by Miss Laura with a smile and a hug. I got in and the place smelled amazing scented candles the lights were dimmed very clean and tidy just a relaxing environment in general. I got on the table and Miss Laura and her hands took over she's got the softest touch I could just feel all the tension being relieved. At the end she even offered me water and then I went on my way. Laura the owner really impressed me from the start, orienting me to their super-easy booking system and making me feel safe by explaining their COVID-19 standards and procedures. The spa doesn't look like much from the outside but walking in through the door is like being transported to an oasis in the middle of a busy city. I felt secure and safe, first by Laura's professional demeanor and workspace, and then by the fact that every clean, organized and inviting part of the place reflects excellence.
