Since discovering the El Segundo location, it's become my go-to spot whenever I'm in need of a massage. I've been coming here for 2 years or so, I always request a combo massage for 90 minutes. Sometimes I'll add enhancements like hot aroma oil or hot stones. They have a number of add ons to choose from, make sure you ask about them! The location is extremely professional and very tidy. You're greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome from the receptionist--usually Tanya (I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly). From the moment you walk in, a sense of peace and calm starts to wash over you as you're led to your room. The instructions are simple: remove your clothing, keep your undergarments on, and relax while you enjoy your massage. I'm not even looking for other places anymore because the level of service they provide here is just THAT GOOD. I can confidently say I haven't found a better place for a massage.

For the record: All the massage therapists get 5 stars they're amazing…read more I try not to do bad reviews often but i am so frustrated at this point i am going to try to cancel my membership early My fiance and i received gift cards for our birthdays for here and we received a text that they were doing 20% off an 80 min massage this weekend so we booked it thinking it would be a perfect time to use the gift card. After the appointment, the same woman in the front was checking us out and i mentioned we had gift cards we wanted to use for our services and wanted to also make sure the promotion was applied. She said ok and that she would send me the receipt. Nervous to leave, we lingered to wait for the receipt but she continued to say she would send it. On my way home i received a call saying she needed my credit card information so i gave it to her over the phone. I checked my email and saw my receipt. I was charged nearly double what we should've paid. I called back and she said that we cannot use gift cards on massages that have the discount. MIND YOU, she called and also never stated this knowing we had already spoken regarding the promotion. I called again after rereading the promotion i received and there is no word or statement saying i couldn't use a gift card for part of my payment. I have never even heard of this concept especially that a gift card is still a form of payment. She said i could talk with management and she'll give them my info. At this point i dont even know what to believe. I'm in so much disbelief at my experience. I truly love everything else and the massage therapists are amazing but my experience with the front has been a nightmare and i can't keep coming knowing it's like this every time which leaves me torn. I was greeted by an older gentleman with gray hair and he smelled of cigarettes. He was the person who conducted my experience. For the first 30 to 40 minutes, a man popped at me and jerked me around through the thin sheet and skin to skin with no oils or anything while I was on my belly. The poking and the prodding did not feel like a massage as my body just kept shaking back-and-forth every time he kept poking. I contemplated asking him to stop to wait for someone else because this was not a Massage at all. I already knew the ambience wasn't going to be great because of the fact that there are no doors just curtain so you can't really get very relaxed. I had requested the 90 minute combo massage which included hot stones. Maybe I should have asked clarifying questions because he did stack stones down my back, but he did not actually use them to massage any part of my body. Eventually, he did use some oils and the massage felt more like a traditional massage. I guess I just did not care for his technique and overall I was really disappointed with spending $80 to get poked and jerked around and leave with a headache from the motion sickness's and smell of cigarettes. Honestly, I didn't feel like I needed to leave a tip, but I still gave him a $10 bill because I know everyone is just out here trying to work. He looked at the bill I gave him unfolded it, he then shook his head in complete disappointment and just walked away. Maybe I should have gone with my first thought and not let it tip at all since he did not seem to appreciate what I had given him. Needless to say this is not a place I will be going back to.
