I recently started running long distance and my body was feeling it. I was looking to book a last minute sports massage and since Suzy (my go to masseuse ) wasn't available, I decided to book with June. I had such an amazing, relaxing massage! She paid attention to the areas I'd mentioned and the stretching she incorporated was exactlyyyy what I needed! I left feeling so light and relaxed. I always recommend this spot, wish I could come here weekly. read more

on behalf of my husband (whom i scheduled a massage for): Good vibes; nice and quiet Good service; very friendly employees and the massage was great Decent price; he wished he could have had two hours or more lol Good location; near shops and places to eat to make it a well rounded experience read more

Best Thai massage ever. Haven't been in several months and finally found the perfect time to go today. I go to June. She is a true expert. Had stiffness and upper back pain for the last week and she worked on me for 60 minutes and I'm feeling much better already. Thank you June read more

Was going here for 3 years straight best massages ever. BUT Prices went up fast and high last year. $60-$80 is a huge difference. The 2 stars is because they are demanding I pay a fee for cancellation if I want to make another appointment even though they have no option to cancel or reschedule on website and no one answers the phone. So I tried to cancel my appointment for 3 days straight left messages every time and nothing. Very unfortunate but that is poor communication for a loyal client. read more

June is by far the best. I have been going to her many years now and her massage is spectacular. Walking on clouds!! My only wish is to frequent more often! Once a month would be heaven so perhaps this school year I will plan accordingly to make it a reality. It's not only for relaxation but health wealth, also. read more

I've been coming here for 2 years for massages and it's my go to place. I love that you can almost always get a same day appointment, because when I'm feeling stressed, I don't want to wait 2 days to get an appointment. The problem is your mileage will vary. I recently had the worst massage of my life here. When I got changed and she knocked on my door, she didn't wait for an answer before immediately opening the room. I asked for deep tissue, but after a while I asked for less pressure since I felt like she was rubbing my bone. She told me that she was doing it correct and that I asked for deep tissue so she continued doing the same thing. The entire massage she never asked me if I was comfortable or if the pressure was ok. I asked for no stretching, yet we spent a lot of time stretching which was really uncomfortable for me. We finished 5 minutes early and it still felt like the longest massage in my life. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I left with headaches and shoulder pain. When I was checking out she then told me that the price had increased, which would have been great to know before hand since she was the person checking me in. When I paid and tipped, she gave me a lot of sass for tipping less than what she wanted. I've never had a problem with LAX massage but I guess you really have to be careful about which masseuse you request/ end up with. I legitimately think this woman was not licensed. read more

June is an angel on earth. How someone so tiny could be so strong blows my mind. I like a LOT of pressure and she delivers. Her stretching makes me feel like she's pulling my limbs out of my sockets in the best way possible. It's convenient because there's a ton of parking in the lot next door. I've been coming here for years and plan on continuing to! read more

Lek is an exceptional therapist. In my massage she used a combination of Thai and shiatsu techniques which allow her do strong deep tissue massage very effectively for long periods of time despite her small stature. She also has a great knowledge of anatomy and very good diagnostic skills. The prices are reasonable, especially if you catch a special, and the spa is clean and tidy. I couldn't recommend Lek more highly. June is also really good (my wife went to her). read more

Me and my boyfriend went here to get a massage and it went well! I was sore for a few days afterwards, but that's what I asked for. Definitely will go back soon. read more

fantastic, absolutely WONDERFUL space and gifted body workers. could not recommend LAX Massage more!!!

Thanks Lanna for the great attention to my specific areas of pain. I have been suffering from shoulder pain for a few weeks, taken medications prescribed and still nothing helped. I came out of here with an immediate feeling of relief. I have been to a few massage places but nothing helped like this trigger point combo massage. Thanks again. read more

I remember being incredibly stressed and physically exhausted when I went in, and very relaxed and rejuvenated when I left. My therapist was Nok for a 90 minute session. It was well worth it. Hope to go back soon. read more

Always attention to detail and what ails you. June was my massage therapist and she always makes sure that pressure is not too much maybe want more. read more

I have been seeing one massage therapist here for years... I'm hesitant to leave this review because Lanna is so amazing that I don't want her to be too busy to treat me! She is so in tune with areas of tension and stress and how to release. After every massage I am restored and replenished! read more

I just had the best massage of my life. And Ive had massages everywhere. Ask for June!! that woman is a god send. I did the traditional thai super deep. but she seemed to be very good with different levels of intensity. She was doing muscles I didnt know I had. She clearly has been doing this forever. Im definitely going back. read more

My husband and I have been going to Lana for a few years now. She is the best, kindest, and very professional. She is very intuitive about what's parts of the body need be massaged and how everything is interconnected. The massage ends with some really good stretching and that really helps in resetting the body. I have always spoke highly of Lana to anyone that's looking for a good recommendation, and yes the prices are competitive. read more

Lanna has magical hands. I am a holistic health care practitioner and have had lots of body work over the years. Lanna was referred to me by a Chiropractor and I'm so glad I followed up on recommendation. Lanna at LAX Massage puts her all into her massage and is really in tune with where the body needs care. She listens to where you feel your trouble spots are and lets her expertise work magic. I get the Swedish/Thai/Deep tissue combo and am now a regular client. read more

The best massage therapists and price! I've seen Lek, June and Lanna and all were great! Scheduling is easy and you can book last minute appointments. The place is clean and relaxing - you get a private room. Most recently I went to Lanna for a combo Thai/Swedish massage and it was one of the best massages. I've been to different spas and massage spots throughout LA, OC and while traveling abroad. Lanna knows exactly what spots need work and will check a few times if the pressure is ok. I'll be scheduling monthly appointments with Lanna. read more

I love LAX massage. June is the best masseuse I have ever had & I have been to many many different places in LA (I am a picky customer). Private room. Good atmosphere and they even have humidifiers for each room. Clean facility & excellent customer service. I am a regular here and will always tip June well. Thank you June! read more

Middle aged Asian masseuses are good at what they do. But like on this occasion, we were both bored and I imagined a younger livelier tech, don't get me wrong it was good, but I got over the whole mamasan thing almost 4 decades ago read more

I just came out of a prenatal massage of 90 mins. The massage was ok not that amazing. What made me give them a low review is that the lady who did my massage demanded a 30 dollar tip when I paid 120 for the massage and gave her 15 for tip. She said they require a large tip and 15 is not even 10 percent. I was really shocked by her rudeness and unprofessionalism. 15 dollars is more than 10 percent of 120. I will never come here again. They don't know how to do business the right way. read more

It was my first massage and I felt very relaxed and comfortable. The masseurs were nice and made sure I didn't feel weird at all. I got a 60 min Swedish massage. Next time I would probably go for a Thai massage because it didn't hit as hard as I thought it would. They even ask if you have any areas you want to focus on which was nice! I didn't so I just got a normal full body. Give this place a go! read more

I found this place on Google and was excited to try it after reading the reviews about how lovely the experience was. I was able to book an appointment the same day, and I'm so glad I did! The place was very clean and inviting. The environment of the room was so relaxing with the music and the light projectors. I felt very comfortable and at home. The massage was fantastic, June was my massage therapist. She was very mindful to check in about the massage pressure and focused on my tense areas. I am very much looking forward to going back and booking time with her again. read more

just wanted to come back and leave a review for Nok, she is amazing! literally went above and beyond to make my experience 10/10. She really got into the areas that i felt the most tension but made sure to focus everywhere else also. She was also so kind and made me feel very comfortable! Definitely booking with her in the future as well. read more

I've been coming to LAX massage for almost 7 years now and there is nowhere in LA that can match the affordable price and incredible masseuses who work here. Lek and Nok are my 2 favorites - both are extremely skilled in deep tissue and thai massages. I always leave feeling refreshed with all my knots fully taken care of. They also create a really calming atmosphere within the massage room with soft music, fresh aromas and and a warm blanket. Nok, specifically, uses hot stones and it's absolutely incredible. I could not recommend this massage place enough! Thanks so much LAX Massage! read more

June is very professional and very thorough plus she will ask every time if the pressure is ok etch. The place is clean and friendly.

AVOID THIS PLACE! TAX FRAUD! RUDE EMPLOYEES! I'm distraught writing this one-star review for LAX Massage. I've been a customer for over 6 months, and have tried 4 different massage therapists. I've loved every one of them (Sarah, Nee, June), and then today I tried Tanya for the first time (because my usual, Sarah, moved back to Thailand). I initially asked for a 60 minute massage, and told the front desk / assistant manager that I would get 90 minutes if Tanya was good. The massage started off very nicely and I politely asked if she would do 90 minutes instead of 60. She said she didn't know if she had enough energy. Then a few minutes later, she said she would do a 90 minute massage only if I paid cash. She explained that if I used a credit card, there would be too much fees taken out of her part of the commission. I got it. I thought I had enough money in my wallet so I agreed. When the massage was done, I went to the front desk and opened my wallet. The massage was $88 and I wanted to leave a total of $130 for my massage because I believed Tanya deserved it. When I realized that I only had $115 cash in my wallet, I told them that I'd leave the $115 cash and my car keys while I ran to the ATM (across the parking lot) to get more cash. The assistant manager insisted that I could pay via credit card, but Tanya gave me a scowling look. When I got back about 3 minutes later with cash, the front desk manager was gone but Tanya was waiting there for me. She started to scold (borderline yell at) me and told me that I should not have said anything about her asking for cash payment. She said that the manager was mad at her for telling me that. I was confused at what was going on because she spoke broken English. I gave Tanya $130 in cash (for my $88 massage + tip). After she took my money she yelled at me saying, "Don't ever come back here for a massage... and if you do, don't ask for Tanya!". I gave her ~50% tip because she worked hard during my massage, yet I got scolded and yelled at because I accidentally disclosed that you wanted cash only in front of the owners? It dawned on me that she was trying to avoid paying credit card fees and not pay taxes on her salary. This is tax fraud in my opinion. Bad on you, Tanya! And, you scold me because you are unethical and breaking the law? And, shame on the owners / managers of LAX Massage for employing someone as unethical and rude as Tanya. I am surprised that you would allow your employees to talk to me / customers like this. Never again. I'm taking my business somewhere and I'm telling the neighborhood (I live about 1 mile from your store) about my experience. There are just too many other quality massage places around. Service Grade: F Worth the Money Grade: C Overall Impression Grade: F. read more

June is simply the best at providing a deep tissue massage. The was able to really target the knots under my shoulder blades.

I've been coming here for the last couple of years and I've never had just an "ok" massage. They've always been fantastic and exceeded expectations. If you like deep massages, this is the place to go! Special shout-out to Suzy who I've been to for my past two 90-minute massages. She's super thorough and I leave feeling brand new! read more

Wow! I had the most amazing 90 minute massage from Susie! After returning home from traveling for a week my body was tired and sore and now I feel so good. I can't wait to go back. Normally I prefer 60 minute massages but it was so good that I couldn't believe the 90 minutes was up. I highly recommend Susie!!! read more

Came here for a massage with a friend. I think the masseuse are more concern in getting sued than providing what I am asking for... I am talking about the massage Pressure. I asked them if they would step on my back, they said they would but, the person who is an expert in doing that is not available. so, NO. So, ok, I asked my masseuse to please increase the pressure a bit. she gladly said yes... but the pressure didn't change. instead of letting my blood boil.. i just enjoyed, what she has to offer. a nice, soothing, relaxing, made me fell asleep uber-light-pressure massage. i came out of the massage place still having muscle tightness... read more

I cant leave enough reviews for this massage heaven. Every masseuse here Ive had is incredible at this location and its sister joint Marina Massage. The Marina location has outdoor gazebos for covid safety. Great to go when its warm in the afternoon. Im starting to try to record all their names. For sure I love June and Lanna a lot. Gonna see if I can keep adding names to this list on this review updating as i go in the future. read more

They have a sign that says walk-is welcomed. I came in at 3 On a Sunday & literally NO ONE was there yet the sign says open & the doors was open. I waited 10 min & called out to see if anyone would come to the front & help & no one ever came. Would not recommend this place based on that alone, how do you have a business & no one there to run it?! read more

Nee is no longer at LAX Massage so I've been going to June since. She gives the most amazing massages, and I've started going to her for facials as well (I've tried the Anti-aging and Hydrodermabrasion) and they are sooooo relaxing and luxurious. read more

I've been going to this location for sometime now and have never left a review. If you are looking for not just a good but a fantastic massage, this is your place. And ask for Lanna. She is by far one of the best massage therapists I've had. She now is familiar with my body and I no longer have to tell her where my aches and pains are. Within 10 minutes of being on her table she's done an assessment and has already identified areas that need to be worked on. She's absolutely incredible and comes highly recommended. read more

I've been coming here for about a year now and I love this place. I come at least once a month. In the beginning I was going to a different lady every month and they were all really good but there was one in particular that I loved, LANNA! She always knows which spots I need the most attention. I also enjoy the stretches at the end. I always look forward to my next appointment and I'm always telling my family, friends , and coworkers about this place and Lanna. Highly recommend!!! read more
