EXCELLENT DOCTOR, STAFF, TREATMENT, AND MASSAGE THERAPIST. WAS SUCCESSFUL IN BRINGING ME BACK TO LIFE! lol It took me a good while to finally jump on Yelp and share my humble opinion, not because I forgot to do so or because I forgot how I was treated... NO! It was because, after being treated by Dr. Nick, I was able to get back to my busy life and keep moving forward. Not only did Dr. Nick listen to my concerns, but he also identified and treated the exact areas that needed attention. He was successful in helping me feel better and get back to doing what I needed to do. At the time, I was studying for the LSAT, which meant long days and even longer nights of studying. My neck and back became extremely stiff and tense. As a mom, paralegal, law student, notary public, and children's teacher at my church, I always have a lot going on! After my treatment with Dr. Nick, I was able to continue working, studying, and keeping up with my many responsibilities. I am truly grateful. Thank you to God, Dr. Nick, and massage therapist Sandra for helping me get back to doing what I love and what I need to do. read more

A few months ago, I slipped and fell, which re-aggravated a previous lower back injury and left me with a sprained ankle and intense sciatic nerve pain. As a barber, I'm on my feet 10-12 hours a day, the pain was affecting every part of my life. Thankfully, I found Life Performance Chiropractic on social media and booked an appointment with Nick, the owner. From day one, the experience has been amazing. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly care about your recovery. It's a one-stop shop--they offer chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, and even decompression treatments. The decompression machine has made a huge difference in relieving the pressure in my lower back. Nick is an excellent chiropractor who really listens and takes his time with you. Sam, the trainer, is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me rebuild strength and mobility. Sandra gives some of the best massages I've ever had--she's also incredibly kind and calming. And Marjorie at the front desk is always helpful and easy to work with when scheduling appointments. I honestly wouldn't be able to manage the pain and stay on my feet all day if I hadn't found this place. I highly recommend Life Performance Chiropractic to anyone dealing with injuries or chronic pain. They also offer a $67 promo for first-time visitors, well worth it! read more

I had an excellent experience with the intensive therapy program for my sciatic pain. From the very first visit, the team was professional, caring, and truly focused on helping me improve. The treatments were effective and well explained, and I started noticing real relief much sooner than I expected. The office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. I'm very grateful for their dedication and highly recommend this place to anyone dealing with chronic pain or sciatica. read more

WOW WOW WOW where do I even begin ? I am a facialist and I have had very bad neck pain, upper back pain and lower back pain from sitting down all day. For the last 4-5 months I have been getting tension headaches from how stiff everything was even with monthly massages. To be honest I've always been skeptical of chiropractors and I thought they were all witch doctors but man was I proven wrong today. I am a baby when it comes to pain so naturally I was super nervous for my first visit, I was even thinking about rescheduling because I was so nervous but the pain was becoming unbearable . Dr. Nick was very thorough with his exam and questions and put my nerves at ease. For today he just did light adjustments because I was so nervous lol they felt so good I'm kicking myself in the butt for not asking for more! Even with the very gentle light adjustments he made the difference in my pain is night and day. For the first time in 5 months I have no neck pain or stiffness. I feel so good that I just had to write this review for everyone to read. I am a HUGE believer in chiropractors now and he will be seeing me more often. If you are a skeptic or a chicken like me or if you've just been on the fence please come it's LIFE CHANGING I'm excited to see how much better my pain will be after being on one of his plans! read more

I am on my 4th week of my eight week program and I feel so much better thanks to Dr. Nick and Sam! My adjustments have reduced my headaches and severe/chronic neck pain thanks to Dr. Nick. He listens, is knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm feeling stronger physically thanks to Sam. He pushes me to be better. He believes in me even when I don't, is very encouraging, and friendly. He makes me sweat a lot! Marjorie at the front desk is very sweet, pleasant, and helpful. I'm so glad I found this place. It feels awesome to not be in pain everyday! I can't wait to see how I feel after my 8 week program. Thank you! You are giving me my life back and that is priceless! I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed. -Kristina read more

Dr Nick has great bedside manner. He's very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and committed to restoring his patients to pain free lives. I visited his office today, with my daughter, who has suffered with elbow pain for several months. Dr Nick listened intently while she explained the source of her discomfort. Dr Nick immediately diagnosed her pain, and proceeded to alleviate her discomfort by aligning the joints of her elbow. My daughter instantly felt better than she has in quite some time. It's obvious that Dr Nick is passionate about his profession, because he does it with a smile, I'm glad that we chose Dr Nick as our chiropractor, and you will be glad that you did as well. read more

Everyone at the clinic is kind and professional. My favorite thing about the clinic is that they teach which exercises I can do at home in order to keep my health practice going and not stay reliant on the clinic. The chiropractor is friendly, listens, and knows which where the adjustments are needed. The exercise trainer does a great job at selecting weights and exercises to target muscle groups. A great group and definitely recommend! read more

Great place, great experience and quality of care. in addition to adjustments you also have option to work out the weak spots. Thanks Guys.

My MRI results: L5-S1: 11 mm posterior right central disc extrusion & L4-5: 3 mm posterior central disc protrusion. My story: I was sitting at my desk at work in January, the week I turned 40, when I felt a shooting pain down my right leg. I started doing youtube stretches and exercises and walking or swimming daily. I also saw a couple of physical therapists (one thought it was piriformis syndrome), my PCP who offered medications for the pain and told me to go to the ER if I become incontinent, a massage therapist, and a spine specialist who asked me what I wanted him to do for me, and it continued to get worse. By the end of August I could no longer sit or lie down. I slept standing, leaning against a stack of pillows on my bed for several nights. I had a few people tell me that going to a chiropractor helped them with their sciatica, so at the start of September I reached out to my husband's chiropractor, Dr. Nick. I sent a text to Dr. Nick briefly describing my pain and asked if it was something he would be able to help me with. He called me back right away and told me what he thought the issue was (the MRI confirmed he was right a few days later) and saw me the same day. When I came in, he already knew what was wrong with me, but he still took the time to ask me how it all happened, letting me recount my entire life history and my many theories on how I thought I got to where I was because he wanted to make sure he didn't miss anything. He concluded that he thought I had a severely herniated disc in my lower back and he showed me with the spine model what that looked like. He said he wanted to see the MRI when it becomes available and he said he would work on putting together a recovery program for me, but that day, he performed an extremely gentle adjustment on my lower back, and that night I was able to lie down for the first time in a while (just for a few minutes, but it was a good sign). I started a 6 week, 3 days per week program which included myofascial release, gentle manipulation, decompression, and therapy exercises with Sam. By the end of the 6 weeks, I was feeling 60% better, sleeping 3 hour stretches at a time before having to get up from the pain, with the pain subsiding after about an hour of standing. I continued with a second 6 week session and at about 9 weeks I was feeling 80% better and I started sleeping 8 hours straight with the pain subsiding after only about 10 minutes of standing! Every session Dr. Nick asks me the status of my recovery and he makes adjustments as needed. Sam is the same. We started off with the simplest exercises, but each session he gives me something new to try, pushing me to do more while making sure it's never too much. I was a little scared of some of the exercises in the beginning, but I've only gotten better. I actually can't believe how quickly I've improved! Looking back, there were signs I was having issues with my back that I ignored, like my back would get stiff after surfing or after sitting on the floor working on a craft in one position too long. I had a couple of friends tell me that I might have a herniated disc, but I didn't think that was the issue at the time. I know now that they were right and I wish I had done something about it before it got as bad as it did. I'm not 100% yet, but every couple of weeks I make huge leaps in my recovery and I'm glad I went to Dr. Nick and Sam because I know it could have gotten a lot worse or taken a lot longer for me to recover if I didn't have the right support. Maryorie works at the front desk and she is a valuable player in this too. When you have to see someone 3 times a week and you're not feeling your best, it's really nice to be greeted by Maryorie who is always super sweet and super professional. Thank you Dr. Nick! Thank you Sam! Thank you Maryorie! Thank you Life Performance Chiropractic! I am so thankful to have had such an amazing team of experts supporting me in my recovery and I plan to continue working with you until I feel 110%! read more

Dr. Nick and Sam very professional and taking good care to their clients. The office is clean and easy to find parking.

I developed acute lower back pain from sitting too much at work. I lead quite a sedentary lifestyle due to the nature of my work (office drudgery), but I work out regularly and with high intensity. The pain was persistent and limited my ability to exercise and just move about in life. A quick Google search led me to Dr. Nick and his team. I was given a thorough consultation, and we decided that some chiropractic sessions in combination with physical and massage therapies would be the best option for me. Not only did this course of treatment alleviate my lower back pain, but it also resolved the niggling pain in my scapula, which restricted my mobility and I'd been enduring for over a year and a half. Sam, the PT, utilizes the most current rehabilitation modalities, encouraging movement in all ranges of motion. Kayla at the front desk is absolutely congenial. Overall, a great team and a great experience--highly recommend. read more

Every session we learnt something new. I would recommend him and appreciate all the care he has shown. read more

I was in desperate need of a chiropractor for my husband when my massages became ineffective. I was starting to feel bad to see him in pain and discomfort this past week because he couldn't turn his head all the way to the left. So, I came to yelp (like I always do). After seeing various great reviews, along with the consultation discount for new patients, I was sold and decided to contact Dr. Nick. Long story short, my husband cannot stop raving about his thorough visit and most importantly the realignment and relief of his neck and lower back. It has been a few days since the visit and he's sleeping great and back to working out again!! We will definitely return if/ when needed. read more
