I highly recommend Kozasky Chiropractic! I came in dealing with shoulder pain and foot pain, and the care I received has made such a positive difference. Kristen took the time to listen to my concerns, understand what I was experiencing, and provide personalized treatment rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I have learned so much from her about my lymphatic system and exercises and stretching to help me heal my feet. I really appreciate how professional, knowledgeable, and attentive she is throughout every visit. I've noticed a significant improvement in my pain and overall comfort, and I'm very grateful for the care I've received. If you're looking for a chiropractor who genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being, I definitely recommend giving her a try! read more

I started seeing Dr. K and Dr. Kenny around 32 weeks of pregnancy. At this point I was desperate for relief from the crippling lower back pain and lightning crotch pains (shooting pain in the groin/pelvic area). I had been told by everyone that the 3rd trimester is the worse and the body aches/pains are unavoidable. Dr. K and Dr. Kenny proved everyone wrong! After 2-3 weeks I had zero pain. The last 7 weeks of pregnancy were the absolute best. I was comfortable, sleeping better, and had lower anxiety. They taught me important stretches, informed me of teas/herbs and essential oils I could use to help with pain and the impending birth. With their shared knowledge I felt confident when I went into labor naturally. Can't wait to use them for postpartum relief as well. Thank you Dr. K and Dr. Kenny!!! read more

I have been going to Dr. K. since 2019. She is the best Chiropractor I have ever been to and I won't go anywhere else. I have had all kinds of adjustments over the years, as well as cupping. Started Pilates with her about a year ago. Dr. K. is the best and really knows her stuff. The office is fun and comfortable with massage and Acupuncture available. It's a one stop shop for health and wellbeing. read more

Dr. K is an angel on earth. I love her, her staff, and am so thankful for their care. I had my first appointment with Dr. K about 6 years ago. I had a few injuries and aches and pains (couldn't walk for more than 5 minutes without pain) that I had sought treatment for in the past with no success. After a few sessions I noticed a huge difference in my ability to walk for longer and longer distances without pain. The combination of therapeutic massage + chiro very literally changed my life. I've been able to start running again, have gotten back into playing sports, and still go to see Dr. K ~twice a month for upkeep and correction of new injuries that I manage to get myself into. Dr. Kristen is insanely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Although her massages aren't always "relaxing" they are always healing and she is always always always kind. I have brought in friends, family members, and coworkers. All have loved her and are regular patients now. I would recommend Dr. K and her practice to anyone who needs a tuneup (and let's face it, we probably all do because life is hard and the world is weird), has a pain or issue they think they "just have to deal with" or anyone who is pregnant or postpartum. read more

WOW - had my first Chiropractic visit today here and it was incredible! I have had a few other people adjust me in the past but it was nothing like this. She knew right where to push and pop. I felt heard and seen and I really appreciated it. I am excited for my next appointment. Thankful read more

My first time being adjusted in more than a decade and oh my it was amazing! Dr. K really got in there with a deep tissue sports massage chiropractic work. I feel like a new person! read more

What a fantastic find!!! Had my first appointment with Dr. K yesterday to deal with what I had self-diagnosed as a shoulder impingement and she was great! She did some chiropractic adjustments, some massage, and then recommended cupping, which I had never tried before (but was open to; it's fascinating!). We did a range of motion test at the beginning, then mid-way through, and again at the end. And she all the while she listened, communicated, and adjusted her treatment based on what my arm/shoulder and the rest of my body was doing. It was very thorough! And I feel like it made a real difference. It's a longer-term injury that will (likely) require a few more sessions and time/care, but yesterday felt like a great leap forward as I've definitely noticed a difference in what I can do and how I'm moving it and pain levels. Highly recommended and excited for my return visit! read more

I absolutely love coming to Dr. Kozasky for my adjustments! She explains everything she's doing during my appointment, and is very thorough. I love understanding everything that was done, and she always makes sure of that. I know I'm always in good hands with Dr. K! read more

Dr. K is a miracle worker. I've been seeing her for a couple months now because I was having horrible back and hip pain due to pregnancy. She spends a good amount of time on her patients and, at least in my experience, does even more deep tissue work than adjustments. Because of the work she's done, I move around and sleep easier because of the pain relief! read more

If I could give 10 stars to Dr. K, Daniel, and Kenny I would. Their massage, chiropractic, and acupuncture services are amazing, and I always leave the office relaxed, refreshed, and mentally grounded. All three practitioners are wonderful to work with - responsive, skilled, thoughtful, and accommodating. I greatly miss my weekly and bi-weekly appointments (thanks, COVID...) and can't wait to return to my wellbeing routine. Sending lots of love and thanks to these incredible healers. :) read more

Amazing people, great care, don't hesitate in booking.

Life saver. I had horrible back pain to the point where I felt like I was going to start needing a wheelchair. Couldn't walk a block without feeling like by legs and hips where gonna give out. And I would often feel short of breath. I went to the doctor and they did a whole work up. I was given pain medicine and my shortness of breath they associated with anxiety. I almost cried after our first session. For the first time in along time, I was able to breathe comfortably and walking felt like something normal that I didn't have to concentrate to do anymore. Based on his past experiences, my husband did not like the idea of massage and chiropractor work, but after seeing Dr.K we now make sure we see her once a month. read more

There is a reason why I travel a distance to receive healthcare services at Kozasky Chiropractic and TheraMassage. After a long search for a chiropractor that could assist with my ongoing battle and aftermath of cancer, I was blessed to have been referred to Dr. Kristen Kozasky. Dr. Kozasky took the time to explain step by step, her recommendations of a treatment strategy that would best benefit me. I love her approach to holistic care, she addresses the physical and emotional health. Her attention to detail sets her apart from other doctors. Every session, from a Chiropractic adjustment, Acupuncture or Massage therapy was tailored and addressed my needs with care, concern and kindness. Dr K is a true goddess of a womxn. She has a lovely team making booking a breeze. The office is warm and inviting. My first session with Dr K was so healing and informative. I felt relief in my hip I thought impossible. The combination of deep tissue/myofascial release/effeurage/cupping/lymphatic drainage massage and chiropractic adjustments represent the truly holistic view and care of POP Chiro & Dr K. It's a drive for me, and I HATE driving (arguably more than the average Angeleno) but these sessions are absolutely worth it. read more

My family and I have been going to Dr. Kristen Kozasky for approximately 3 months (once a week) now and she is a phenomenal chiropractor ! We are all very satisfied at how she treats all of us as patients. She listens carefully to the physical pain you're describing to ensure that you're receiving the right treatment, and is very well informed in her craft (she often suggests what we can be doing at home to help the healing process). I knew of Dr Kozasky because I went to school with her. She was our TA in my anatomy lab back in Marymount College. She was very friendly and professional. Years later. She made a post about opening her clinic and I was definitely coming to support her business. We had a blast, it was amazing, I bought a 3 pack to help her out and also blast her business on my social media. I'm always scared about chiropractic adjustments but it was amazing. We did a few adjustments and I felt wonderful. I hope for the best for YOU! Good luck and have an amazing day! read more
