DO NOT BOOK!! I found her on Groupon. I found it odd that she gave me a different address from what Groupon had. Turns out, she does her services in her apartment! Another odd thing was that she asked I send a snapshot of my voucher before booking an appointment, which means you cannot cancel after viewing your voucher. So I drive 24 miles to my appointment only to find out that she double booked so she couldn't take me. I booked this appointment a week in advance so how does that happen? She asked that I come back in an hour, which is ridiculous to ask of a customer who had an appointment and traveled far, as if I don't have work or a family to get back to. I would have been a new client and her specials listed here on yelp - $75 service for $50 or 15 extra free minutes apparently don't count towards a lymphatic massage. It can be hard for me to schedule by phone, as my workday is usually pretty packed so I generally reach out by email. I've never had a problem getting a business owner to allow me to schedule by email until Dana. After clearly telling her my availability, she responded once with a very unclear and garbled message. I replied, explaining I didn't understand, again offered a clear set of availability and then (after a week and another follow-up by me) Dana sent an email that told me to call her. I've cancelled my purchase and sought a refund from Groupon, since clearly she would rather ask me to accommodate her rather than vice versa. read more

I recently had a BBL with lipo 360 and lipo to the arms i had it done in miami so i had to find a therapist out here. Booking was very easy and her pricing is great. She is unbelievable... and I'm picky with massages. I feel like they don't get to the right places and I don't like the pressure. I communicated what I wanted and where my pains have been and she totally aligned her prenatal massage to that. And I've also admittedly had less than perfect experiences with Groupon, but the quality of her massage was excellent. So I am about 27 weeks pregnant and was in desperate need of a massage. I looked to Groupon and saw they were offering a special. I messaged Dana and she was quick to respond but her next available appointment on a Saturday was 2 weeks out. Since I was really eager to check her out, I accepted and waited the 2 weeks. I had my appointment today and was so excited. Now if you're looking for a spa atmosphere, run away quickly because this was far from that. It is in a medical building, in what looked to be some kind of rehab facility. Im not a very picky person so it wasn't the location that turned me off. My appointment was at 330pm, and I got there right on the dot. Right when I opened the door, I was greeted by a large barking dog. I don't mind dogs, but a barking dog is not really something I want to walk into when I am looking to relax and unwind. I thought it was odd that she would bring that large of a dog with her while giving people massages. She asks me if I want to use the restroom, I said yes and once I was done we left that office and walked down the hall to another one, where she had me go into a room where the massage would take place. I thought that was odd as well. After all this, I would say the massage started about 10mins later so about 340pm or so. Now the massage was great. The pressure was awesome and Dana was really nice. What didn't make the massage so great was her dog constantly barking loudly outside. She even had to leave the room a couple of times to try and calm the dog down. She also was playing soft music on Spotify which was fine but once I would get relaxed, these loud ads would start playing for 30 seconds or so every 15 minutes. The whole set up was just ODD. Now all this I could have looked over because like I said I am not a very picky person and I was enjoying the massage. What really disappointed me was the fact that towards the end she said "okay I am wrapping up" and my response was "omg that was so fast" - I mean between her dog barking, her leaving a couple of times, the Spotify ads, I had just started relaxing and she said it was done. But I figured, that's how all massages are, they always go so fast. But once she left the room, I glanced at the clock and it was 425pm!!!! So I pretty much got a 45min massage (with a ton of interruptions) and not the 60 minutes I paid for. Now I don't know when she starts the clock for these appointments, but everywhere else I have gone does not start the clock until they start massaging you. And even if she did start my clock at 330pm, she still finished early! She quickly took the pillows I was laying on and left the room. 3 minutes later she knocks on the door and asks me if I'm done getting dressed. In my head I was like "why is she rushing me?' I quickly realized she already had her next appointment waiting and wanted me out quick. I am so disappointed because I was really looking forward to this massage after waiting 2 weeks for it. There was even a point when she was massaging me that I thought to myself I would come back to her regularly, but after everything combined and her finishing early, I've decided not to. It's just not professional. If it wasn't for it being a Groupon, I would have been really upset. Its too bad because she was really nice and it would've been a great massage but she needs to fix a lot of things. Either way, I won't be returning. Back to trying to find a good prenatal massage :( read more

I received a Massage by Dana as a gift late in my pregnancy. It was absolutely wonderful I only wish I had gone sooner so that I could've squeezed in another session. Dana was very soothing and easy to talk to in person, she was gentle with my body making sure I was comfortable at all times. There is currently construction going on on the floor which is not thee most relaxing sound and parking isn't the easiest, but totally worth it. I have been getting regular lymph drainage massages from her, and it really reduces my chronic pain caused by Lyme disease and calms down my recurring Shingles (yeah, I'm really going through it right now!). I highly recommend getting regular lymph drainage for pain and inflammation, and/or if you're fighting a bacterial or viral infection. Last year, my former lymph drainage masseuse moved away, so I stopped getting lymph massages. After a few months, I was really suffering, and I felt like my healing process was stuck.
