I was scheduled to redeem a service on the morning of February 14. I arrived on time and waited for…read moreover an hour, but no one ever showed up. Not only was there no one in the office, but I also never received a courtesy call, text, or email letting me know my appointment couldn't be honored. I don't live nearby, so I made a long drive and wasted both my time and gas for nothing. What made the experience even worse was how it was handled afterward. I reached out multiple times by phone and email requesting a refund, and my calls and emails were repeatedly ignored. It was incredibly frustrating to be met with complete silence instead of a simple acknowledgment or apology. When someone finally addressed the situation, I was offered a free session as if that would make up for everything. It felt like they viewed this as a minor inconvenience, when in reality they completely wasted my time, failed to communicate, and then ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the issue. My biggest issue isn't just the missed appointment--it's the complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. If a business can't be bothered to notify clients that no one will be there, and then ignores multiple requests afterward, why would anyone trust them with their time or money? This experience was handled poorly from beginning to end. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend a business that shows so little respect for its customers.

I'd go more if my budget allowed! I always see good results. Yes- there are many med spas out there, but it's important you find qualified people. I've waited a really long time to write this review because I like the staff but I can't help but…read morefeel bamboozled. I spent about $4k on Emsculpt Neo when it first came out, and it made absolutely no difference in the appearance of my abdomen or underarms. [I took my own before and afters]. I've never had any plastic surgery or anything like that but wanted some help with my problem areas that I'm super self-conscious about despite being fit and wasn't willing to go under the knife. A few times I came to the studio, the paddles were down or something was malfunctioning with the machine. I don't know if that affected my treatments, but I can for sure say that it was not worth the cost. Sure, maybe celebrities or the ultra wealthy see a difference having this done on a regular basis, but a normal person will not be able to afford that many treatments to get results, and I wish Doc Melina was honest about that instead of selling me on a package. [And no, it wasn't my diet. I was working with a dietician and my diet was very strict during my cutting and maintaining cycles.] The tech was pleasant and cool, but I'm writing this as a cautionary tale to those considering Emsculpt Neo. You might as well just put it towards a plastic surgery procedure because Emsculpt Neo is kind of a scam.

I always used to have a really flat stomach and once I hit my 50s my weight didn't change, but my…read morebody composition did. It's just a matter of fact as you age you've gotta put more effort into keeping your body toned. I started focusing on cleaner eating, getting in more protein and doing regular core work (i'm good about getting exercise every day but not core work and sitting in a chair all day working from home doesn't help). I dropped 5 pounds in a month but then noticed I had a lot more "squishy" skin around my middle where I lost the weight.... that's when I reached out to Brianna. She was so thorough and attentive in each one of our sessions with helping me to tone up my midsection. She uses a lot of different techniques to help dissolve fat, lymphatic drainage, and help firm up the skin. She was always very friendly and fun to talk to during these sessions. Very easy to communicate with if I had to reschedule one of my appointments. I definitely got my abs back and look more toned. I'm not really sure if body sculpting will work for you if you're considerably overweight. I think you have to be very close to your target and in need of a little bit of help for "that last 5%" like me.

I actually found Farrah through Groupon too, and today officially makes 6 months since I started…read moregoing to her. I've continued seeing her because I genuinely love my results and, more importantly, I trust her. One of the things I appreciate most about Farrah is how honest she is with me. In my experience, she is definitely not money hungry if anything, it's been the complete opposite. She will straight up tell me if she doesn't think a treatment is right for me or if she doesn't think I'll get the results I'm expecting. She could easily take my money and do the treatment anyway, but she doesn't, and that says a lot to me. From the beginning, Farrah has also been very clear that these treatments are enhancements, not miracles. She's never promised me unrealistic results. She explains what the treatments can help with, but she also makes it clear that I have to put in the work too. I appreciate that because I'd rather have realistic expectations than have someone tell me what I want to hear just to sell me a treatment. I've personally never felt body shamed by her. When it comes to body treatments, there are different factors that can affect someone's results, and I want someone who is going to be honest with me about that. I'd rather know upfront what I can realistically expect than spend my money and be disappointed afterward. Farrah really is amazing at what she does. I've never felt like she brags about it either. She's confident and knowledgeable about her work, and to me there's a difference. Everyone can have a different experience, and I'm not taking away from how anyone else may have felt. I can only speak about my own experience over these past 6 months, and mine has been nothing but positive. I'm still her client because she's honest with me, has never pressured me to spend money, and most importantly, I'm genuinely happy with my treatments and my results.
