I paid $900 for what was advertised as a comprehensive, multi-unit certification course at Vixen Spa Training Academy / Body Sculpting Academy USA. Their formal welcome materials promised a diverse cohort and hands-on, multi-subject learning. Unfortunately, the actual experience did not match the advertised curriculum: Incomplete Curriculum: The provided syllabus outlined 10 distinct units--including advanced, device-based modalities like Ultrasound Cavitation and Radio Frequency (RF) Skin Tightening. Instead, the entire "course" was rushed through in a single afternoon. Lack of Training: I was given a basic informational folder and asked to practice a manual technique directly on the owner. No comprehensive technical or safety training was provided for the complex machine modalities promised. Unprofessional Conduct: Immediately following this single afternoon, the owner had me service live, paying clients at the spa, telling me to "fake it till you make it," despite knowing I lacked the proper hours, licensing, and formal training required by California state boards to operate these modalities safely. Defective Equipment & Environment: During my brief time there, I encountered mechanically compromised equipment--specifically a hyperbaric chamber with a malfunctioning door mechanism that would not properly close. Worthless Documentation: To close out the afternoon, I was handed a "Certificate of Completion" listing the completion of six advanced aesthetic modalities that the owner didn't even sign. I am writing this review to warn anyone looking for legitimate, accredited body sculpting or lymphatic education. This program does not provide the hours or compliant training necessary to legally or safely practice in California. Do your research and look for accredited, state-approved schools instead. I am sharing my experience with anyone who is considering using this person's services. After my surgery, I was in a vulnerable position and needed post-operative lymphatic massages. She convinced me to pay $2,220 for a package of 12 sessions and promised that I would get great results if I followed her treatment plan. After taking my money, she only provided 3 sessions. Even those sessions were not performed as we had originally discussed. After that, she constantly postponed appointments, made excuses, and kept telling me she would schedule my remaining sessions, but she never followed through. When I realized how unprofessional and unreliable she was, I decided I did not want to continue treatment with her and asked for a refund for the 9 sessions that I paid for but never received. Since then, she has ignored my messages and refused to return my money. In my experience, she tells people what they want to hear in order to get paid, but once she has your money, everything changes. I trusted her when I was recovering from surgery and needed help, and I deeply regret that decision. I have proof of my payments and our conversations. This review is based entirely on my personal experience. I do not recommend her services at all. Based on my experience, she is the most dishonest and unreliable person I have ever dealt with. I came to Priscilla a few days after I had two surgical procedures. She was SO gentle, kind, caring, and understanding. She took things slow and made sure I was comfortable. She really put my comfort before anything else. She treated me at her Beverly Hills office which was easy to locate and very cozy inside. I was referred to Priscilla by my plastic surgeon due to my complications. When I arrived there was a lot of meter parking available and was greeted with the surprise that Priscilla is fluent in Spanish. I had a facelift/necklift, and started noticing around my right neck area skin started folding in. Priscilla reviewed my neck and stated she was confident she can help my neck get back on track. I will attach pictures after the first session. Her work really does speak for itself. The session lasts about 45 min to an hour. She is very skilled and takes her time when working. She will be very honest with you and will let you know any changes that are crucial for your recovery. Amidst this insane pandemic going on where lymphatic massage professionals were no where to be found, my surgeon sent me this angels contact.
