I paid $900 for what was advertised as a comprehensive, multi-unit certification course at Vixen Spa Training Academy / Body Sculpting Academy USA. Their formal welcome materials promised a diverse cohort and hands-on, multi-subject learning. Unfortunately, the actual experience did not match the advertised curriculum: Incomplete Curriculum: The provided syllabus outlined 10 distinct units--including advanced, device-based modalities like Ultrasound Cavitation and Radio Frequency (RF) Skin Tightening. Instead, the entire "course" was rushed through in a single afternoon. Lack of Training: I was given a basic informational folder and asked to practice a manual technique directly on the owner. No comprehensive technical or safety training was provided for the complex machine modalities promised. Unprofessional Conduct: Immediately following this single afternoon, the owner had me service live, paying clients at the spa, telling me to "fake it till you make it," despite knowing I lacked the proper hours, licensing, and formal training required by California state boards to operate these modalities safely. Defective Equipment & Environment: During my brief time there, I encountered mechanically compromised equipment--specifically a hyperbaric chamber with a malfunctioning door mechanism that would not properly close. Worthless Documentation: To close out the afternoon, I was handed a "Certificate of Completion" listing the completion of six advanced aesthetic modalities that the owner didn't even sign. I am writing this review to warn anyone looking for legitimate, accredited body sculpting or lymphatic education. This program does not provide the hours or compliant training necessary to legally or safely practice in California. Do your research and look for accredited, state-approved schools instead. I also learned that this person is NOT licensed/ certified!!!!!! read more

I am sharing my experience with anyone who is considering using this person's services. After my surgery, I was in a vulnerable position and needed post-operative lymphatic massages. She convinced me to pay $2,220 for a package of 12 sessions and promised that I would get great results if I followed her treatment plan. After taking my money, she only provided 3 sessions. Even those sessions were not performed as we had originally discussed. After that, she constantly postponed appointments, made excuses, and kept telling me she would schedule my remaining sessions, but she never followed through. When I realized how unprofessional and unreliable she was, I decided I did not want to continue treatment with her and asked for a refund for the 9 sessions that I paid for but never received. Since then, she has ignored my messages and refused to return my money. In my experience, she tells people what they want to hear in order to get paid, but once she has your money, everything changes. I trusted her when I was recovering from surgery and needed help, and I deeply regret that decision. I have proof of my payments and our conversations. This review is based entirely on my personal experience. I do not recommend her services at all. Based on my experience, she is the most dishonest and unreliable person I have ever dealt with. Be very careful before giving her any money. read more

PRISCILLA IS AN ANGEL. I recently had ocular surgery, and I can tell you that the best thing that came out of the experience was my surgeon recommending Priscilla to me. I was seeking out a hyperbaric solution to help me heal following my surgery. Priscilla saw me the morning before my surgery and then almost every day for the two weeks following. She shaman-ed me through every single aspect of the healing journey. She provided so much positive encouragement throughout the process with her sweet words and texts. The daily hyperbaric and her AMAZING lymphatic and wound care was a godsend. I honestly am so thankful to have found her. I cannot recommend her enough. I plan to continue seeing her from here on out. Do yourself a favor and run to her sweet spot in BH. Thank you, Priscilla! You are one in a million. read more

I came to Priscilla a few days after I had two surgical procedures. She was SO gentle, kind, caring, and understanding. She took things slow and made sure I was comfortable. She really put my comfort before anything else. She treated me at her Beverly Hills office which was easy to locate and very cozy inside. She treated me with lymphatic drainage massage and oxygen chamber therapy for a few months. I noticed drastic improvement in my healing. I felt back to normal sooner than I was supposed to. Priscilla is very knowledgeable and helped answer my questions. She is a special healer and I absolutely recommend her for lymphatic drainage massage, oxygen chamber therapy, post surgery care, etc.. if I have surgery in the future I know who I will be going to for my after care! read more

Vixen Spa Services - Chin Lipo! Got rid of scar tissue and lump I had all in one session - Massage Therapy Near Me

Found Vixen Spa services on Instagram. I have been wanting a lymphatic massage for some time but was hesitant. I contacted Jacqueline through Instagram and made an in-home appointment with her. Upon arrival, she set up her table and gadgets as I like to call them. She was also taking all the necessary covid precautions as was I, so we were both grateful. She explained to me the process and what to expect afterwards. Jacqueline was amazing and so sweet. And my massage was awesome. I'm looking forward to my upcoming session(s). Yes, multiple sessions are required in order to achieve the hourglass figure. read more

I was referred to Priscilla by my plastic surgeon due to my complications. When I arrived there was a lot of meter parking available and was greeted with the surprise that Priscilla is fluent in Spanish. I had a facelift/necklift, and started noticing around my right neck area skin started folding in. Priscilla reviewed my neck and stated she was confident she can help my neck get back on track. I will attach pictures after the first session. Her work really does speak for itself. The session lasts about 45 min to an hour. She is very skilled and takes her time when working. She will be very honest with you and will let you know any changes that are crucial for your recovery. When you have invested thousands into a procedure and things do not go as planned it is very discouraging/ heartbreaking. Priscilla really helped me get my confidence back and not regret getting the whole procedure in the first place. I would 1000% recommend her. read more

I can't say enough about Pricilla, this girl saved my post op body! Amidst this insane pandemic going on where lymphatic massage professionals were no where to be found, my surgeon sent me this angels contact. She's taken every precaution possible to stay safe and I appreciate her for that. She walks you though why she's does what she's doing, and gives pointers on how to keep yourself up while she's away. She legitimately cares about her clients, and feels like an extension of the family to me now. I unfortunately had a bad experience with a previous (and very expensive) "professional", that come to find out was actually damaging my post op results, so when I met pricilla she promised to get me back on track, and she kept her word. Do your research folks, this girl has certifications galore on top of years of experience. Plus she's had her own surgical stories so she knows first had what you need. I can go on forever, but moral of the story.. Just go to her, she's always on time, great communication, knowledgeable in her craft, and and all around good vibe for someone you plan to help sculpt your body. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS GIRL! read more

I am so happy now that I found the perfect lymphatic massage location. I went to 3 other places all over LA county and none have given me the results I am finally receiving here at Vixen Spa Services. I was so scared that I wasn't going to find anyone that can actually help me remove the lumps I had and give me proper help! I am so thankful for Priscilla, because she took her time giving me a painless, gentle, massage that improved the look of my chin liposuction like night and day!! Other 3 places I went to were either so painful, so extremely fast, so rushed, unprofessional and unable to flatten knots. Thank you again Priscilla, no wonder your business is so successful and blessed God lead me here!!! Thank you for taking me so last minute, on a SUNDAY! read more
