Kate is the most professional massage therapist I have met in California. She is communicative the entire time, shows up early and is super nice and accommodating. The massage work is amazing! She specializes in deep tissue therapy work but I felt she could really work on any area with any kind of massage you would be needing. Her overall energy is great and had one of the best hour and half sessions I've ever had. I don't know her personally but felt how much she enjoyed the process of helping my 45 year old abused body feel better. First she performed a deep tissue massage which I was desperately needing and the next time I saw her I needed relaxation and she did just that!
