Her overall energy is great and had one of the best hour and half sessions I've ever had. I don't know her personally but felt how much she enjoyed the process of helping my 45 year old abused body feel better. I've seen Kate a couple times now and she has listened to what I'm needing each time! First she performed a deep tissue massage which I was desperately needing and the next time I saw her I needed relaxation and she did just that! She will include aromatherapy if you want it and I tend to get cold so she will use a heating pad on the bed which feels amazingly warm and I can truly just relax.
