As someone who was new to…read morethe procedure, I had a lot of questions and appreciated the owner's willingness to educate me about how cupping works and what to expect. My experience was mixed, however. While I found the information helpful, I felt that at the beginning of the appointment the owner seemed somewhat annoyed that I was there specifically for cupping. Since it was my first experience with the treatment, a warmer and more welcoming approach would have helped me feel more comfortable and at ease. Overall, I appreciated the education I received and the opportunity to try cupping. My back felt great after the procedure and I'm open to further cupping. Thank you.
