I have visited Massage 8 once a month over the last 7-8 months. It is a well-run establishment; the office and rooms are clean, neat, and decorated with pictures, flowers, and plants. It has an inviting atmosphere with the flowers that are in the main area and the rooms, and it is always impeccably tidy. The massage therapists are trained well in their craft and easily take care of those small aches and pains. Over the past months I have been relieved of the pain in my left shoulder and my lower back. After an hour I feel refreshed and invigorated. And the prices are very reasonable. The background music is soothing and relaxing. It is a very pleasant, peaceful experience. I highly recommend Massage 8 with their pleasant smiles, personalities, and skilled knowledge. Amazing massage! I went there recently for the first time and was glad I did. I have had several back surgeries and therefore I get muscle spasms and cramps occasionally from playing tennis. First massage with Anna (I usually have Ivy but she was out today) and it was excellent. Deep tissue massage followed by Vichy shower. The pressure was definitely deep which is what I wanted. She was very pleasant and frequently asked how I was doing. She also did some back-walking which was pretty cool. I have been a Massage 8 client for about two years. Two of the qualities I appreciate the most about them is the serenity of the facilities and attentive personnel. You don't hear a phone ringing or loud conversations. The LMT doesn't leave the session to answer the phone. Since I have a progressive neurological condition, I require assistance negotiating the curb as well as undressing and dressing without asking. You don't receive that type of service elsewhere. Staff was very professional! I got a deep tissue with hot stones and essential oils. My masseuse recommended that the next time I make a visit, I should get my back walked on, since I'm very tight. Will definitely do that! I feel extremely relieved from the tension that I have built up on my back. I also did 20 minutes of the salt room. It was very effective. This was an amazing package for what you get and the masseuse was absolutely amazing. She was able to get almost all the knots I had in my shoulders out.
