The best part is that Dracut Appliance delivers, removes the old dishwasher, and sends their own plumber to install. All for a very reasonable price! I love a reasonable one shot stop without the hassle and stress of having to coordinate everything myself! The plumber and his apprentice were efficient and kind! Was told they would still have to send someone out to measure and then return with the new unit . I said why couldn't the service person bring the unit with him and install it . We purchased most, if not all, of our appliances through them…read more Our most recent purchase was an Electrolux washing machine 1 year ago and the matching Electrolux dryer 1 1/2 years ago. They installed the dryer without completing the steamer attachments, and reused the old vent that had holes in it. They left the new vent and rings on top of the dryer along with the equipment to attach the steamer and left. I had to call them back and ask why they didn't finish the set up with the steamer option that we paid for along with reusing the old venting that had a hole in it. I didn't receive an explanation but they would credit me back for that part of the installation. They never came back to install the steamer and when I called again they told me it's better not to use that option as it would rust the dryer out. The 1 1/2 year old dryer recently started making very loud noises , so I called them again and they said they would send someone out. I explained this is only a 1 1/2 year old dryer that was purchased through them. I was told I didn't buy the extended warranty for $400 so it isn't covered. They sent out someone 3 weeks later to look at it. When the young man showed up at the door, he didn't introduce himself, just said "where is it"? I said ok, you must be from Doyons, and showed him where it was. Normally, they tell us what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair. Within 40 minutes, he came down and began to leave without saying a word. We had to stop him and ask what was going on. He was angry and irritated and just said it's fixed. We said you fixed it? He said yup and rattled off what he did and walked out the door. We already paid $190 for them to come out and diagnose the problem. They were supposed to look at the machine, tell us what was wrong, and the cost to fix it. Instead, he fixed it and tried to leave without telling us what was wrong or what he did to fix it and then they charged our card for an additional $387. All in all, this is no longer the Doyons from years ago. Poor service, rude customer service, and zero communication. They do not care about the customer any longer, just about how Much money they can drain from you for doing the bare minimum.

Liz had previously given me a timeframe for receipt of the nightstand of 8-15 business days. When it came time to order it, however, Liz gave me a timeframe of 6-8 weeks. I said ok since I wanted that particular nightstand to match our bedroom set. After 9 weeks I called to inquire about the status only to have a voicemail from Liz telling me that the nightstand didn't come in and "I am going to have to ask you to order it somewhere else." She obviously didn't order it. She could at least have apologized and offer to order it then. I did order it from AFA Stores at a huge savings and it was delivered to my home in excellent condition free of charge! I guess I should be grateful since I saved a ton of money and now I know not to bother looking at Appliance Warehouse.
