He installed gutters and drained them onto my neighbors property, which is a code violation with the city. I had to pay him extra money to put them where they belong. Now that he has been paid, it has rained and the new gutters were installed an inch away from the roof, so the water still drains down the side of the building. Additonally, his guys threw the trash in and roofing debris in my neighbors yard, after he charged for for a dumpster to remove material. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY.

Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

Jenson came by to look at the roof and said he would send someone to reattach the siding. That was December 3rd. I have reached out to the company several times but get no response. They promised a quote for the roof job and that was never delivered. I guess I have to call another company and pay to get my siding reattached. They do a nice job, but obviously don't care once the work is complete. If this is how they treat a return customer I can't recommend this company.
