I was really impressed with the class; the instructor was really focused on alignment, had moves I hadn't practiced before (and I have been to a LOT of barre classes), and brought a ton of positive energy. The class was full but not over-packed, and it was a great workout with a lot of stretching and relaxation. An extra bonus: we met the owner, Ashley, who is local and has a dance background. She was extremely kind and generous, welcomed us to the space, and answered all our questions. This is a top-notch studio; we will definitely be coming back!

The instructors Susan, Donna, Sarah, and now Liz are motivating, kind, and very tuned in to where you are at in your work out. I started out attending private classes with Sharon mid-pandemic and eventually progressed to group classes. Now my weekly favorites are tower class with Sharon and barre class with Andrea. You really get the feeling that teaching is their calling and they love what they do. They have a way of making "hard work" fun and really can read - and if necessary - adjust your posture or poses to maximize the impact on a muscle group. It's almost like Sharon has a sixth sense for those things!
