The stain and odor were very stubborn. Manny was upfront from the beginning and assured me that if the initial shampoo treatment didn't completely solve the problem, he would make it right. On the second visit, he went the extra mile by removing the rear seats, thoroughly steam cleaning and shampooing the foam, and treating everything with enzyme products to eliminate the odor at its source. I found Manny via a Google search for "auto wash and wax near me." Was I ever in for a surprise. I…read morethought this was going to be the standard "wash 'n' wax" place. And when I first got the quote I was a little surprised and skeptical to be honest. But I'm here to support small local business, and I'm really glad I did. He washed the car, wheels, glass, etc, then applied a ceramic coating that made my car as shiny as the sun. He was even able to buff out a spot where something from the highway hit the underside of a rocker panel and left a scuff mark. And before you say, "bah...ceramic coating that costs several thousand dollars", it's not what you think, and it's far far cheaper than "several thousand dollars" which is a quote any of the local "ceramic specialists" shop will give you. Manny is an honest guy, he's a hardworking guy, and he does excellent work. Just excellent. I wil definitely go back when I need a "touch up" for the winter.
