I noticed this spot after a workout at 24hour fitness on Sunday (yesterday) and decided on a whim to check it out since I've had difficulty getting an apt at my usual place. I was excited at the thought that maybe I'd find a more convenient location. (I was still excited at the prospect of this place even when I realized it was $2-$4 more expensive than all the places I've ever been to). When I walked in it was clean and well lit. The salon was inviting and the employees were friendly. There was one person in the seat and one waiting to get threaded. It took about 15-20 minutes before I got in the seat. And then it went downhill from there. I'm a threading veteran. It's been over 8 years of regular threading: once every two or three weeks. This was the worst experience with most physical damage. I could tell the threader was paying close attention to detail, but my eyebrows turned out flat and rectangular (and not as "clean")when I naturally have an arch that always got highlighted at all the past places I've been to (and I give the same request- "keep it thick, just clean it up"). But even that wasn't terrible- I've walked out of locations with much too thin or much too arched eyebrows. They grow out. So I don't sweat it. The problem is the scarring and blisters that were caused from this experience. Both my eyebrows came out as seen in the pics. With cuts on two or more spots on each eyebrow. Remember, I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 8 years and this many cuts is way too many. The photos are a day after the threading. I didn't notice the bleeding until I got in the car and at this point I'd already been in the salon for almost 30 minutes. I just decided to leave and never return. read more

I am here on a Saturday at 3:30 and the open sign is lit but the door is locked and they are closed even though the posted hours say they are open until 6.
