We have never had our house professionally cleaned, and I was pretty apprehensive. But the team at Sparkle Professional Cleaning completely eased my mind and took this burden off my shoulders. From showing up promptly at the time of their appointment to their meticulous attention to detail, I could not be happier with the customer service and the results of our deep cleaning. They managed to clean places I would have never thought to even look. There are no words for the amount of relief I felt when they were finished, and I walked into my impeccably clean home. I know life is not going to get any easier or any less messy once this baby arrives, so I look forward to being a longtime customer.

They were honest and upfront about was was going to be done, showed up ontime and finished quickly, day we booked worked out perfectly and I was never pressured at all. Made my quick visit SO MUCH EASIER!! I recommend this cleaning company!!

Man I might just have the worst luck. I've been with this company since December 2024 and it…read morestarted out great but just got progressively worse the last 2 months. Dust had been piling up and when I would clean myself between cleanings I noticed they weren't even cleaning like behind the vase in my bathroom, they wouldn't even take out dirty bottles from my daughters bed when fixing it, they put dirty dishes with clean dishes in the washer and turned it on without soap. But worst of all there was dust on everything and no wiping. I found myself cleaning more and I wished to as a working mom. My own flaw was my few days delay in paying and that was bc I needed my husband to put the money in the account. Then they text me today out of nowhere (I made zero complaints bc I thought if I explain what I want we can meet in the middle) they say they're charging me $20 extra and then says is $25 extra for EACH BLIND!!! Mind you I asked for dusting and wiping over washing dishes, taking out trash or fixing beds bc that's not what I need. They say I'm taking too much of their time?? Then what am I paying for? Just terrible service to a kind, respectful and paying customer.

Her team completed an initial pass efficiently, and Treena stayed late into the night to make sure everything was done right. The house looked way better than when we first moved in. She made the oven look brand new, and our landlord specifically noted how clean it was during our walkthrough. Our shower doors have tough hard water buildup, but she worked hard on them and made them look significantly better, along with a spotless shower stall and clean window tracks. Our landlord had no complaints during the final walkthrough. (Treena was also nice enough to check in afterwards !) If you need a reliable cleaner who will work extra hard to get a rental ready, we highly recommend Onsite Premium Cleaners.

I was in need of a cleaning company that would not only clean the place that I was moving out from,…read morebut also do carpet washing/shampooing. I sent my request on Yelp and T Cleaning Company responded super fast along with a quote. It was a flat rate and was very reasonable. I was also sent a list of things they would clean in each room. I originally had an appointment with them on Saturday, but asked if they could push it up to Thursday instead and they were so responsive and great with fitting me in on Thursday at 4 pm. On Thursday, they continued to be very responsive and great with communication via texting. They were late an hour due to traffic and also construction on the freeway, but they did reach out to me apologizing and letting me know ahead of time and their estimated time of arrival. The whole cleaning process took about 6 hours and 40 minutes. Once again, they were very communicative with letting me know when they think they'd be done and for me to head back over to inspect their work. When I arrived, I was honestly truly amazed. The place looked and smelled super clean. The place was spotless. They cleaned areas that I didn't even think to clean. You can tell they're very detail oriented. They got stains that wouldn't come off to come off. It literally looked like I was walking into a brand new place. This team did an amazing job on my place that I am moving out of and now I am thinking about hiring them to clean my new place! I highly recommend T Cleaning Company to anyone who wants great quality honest work and for a fair price. P.S. They accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo which made it so much more convenient!

They were also incredibly kind and easy to work with, which matters just as much to me as the quality of the cleaning. I'm so happy I found them and will absolutely be using them again.
