The cafe itself is bright and sunny, with a handful of tables and counters to sit at. There's always a steady stream of business, but it's relatively quiet, which makes it a nice place to get some work done. They also have tons of games and books to keep your little ones entertained. It's a pretty simple spot, but they have a relatively big menu for a cute little neighborhood spot. You can get everything from ice cream and acai bowls to pastries and breakfast classics. There's nothing too crazy or creative about their offerings, but everything I've tried has been tasty. My go-tos here are the breakfast burrito, smoothies, and the mediterranean avocado toast--and don't sleep on the homemade pop-tarts when they have them! I also almost always grab a latte with one of their many, many flavored syrup options. If you're looking for an upscale city cafe with unique, artisanal offerings, this ain't it. But the food is good, the staff is so friendly, and it's got a really nice community feel. I'm a fan!

I have been here a few times and always a bit disappointed, so not likely to go again…read more I've gotten a flavored latte and a plain latte and the espresso flavor both times was weak. My companion made the same comment. I recently bought just an espresso shot to take home and make a latte myself, but what they call a double shot was actually only one ounce of espresso, which explains the weak flavor of the past drinks. The price of the 1 oz. shot was nearly 4.00. So between the lack of flavor, the price and the fact that they prioritize online orders over customers in line, this place is pretty lackluster. They seem more about the cool vibe than the product or customer. There are absolutely better coffee shops out there.

It is lovely, upscale and fabulous. There is a wonderful spread of baked goods, including pastries, and muffins and donuts and cookies and tiramisu and meringue and cheesecake and more, that you can't help but see as soon as you walk in the door. There is a made to order car coffee bar from which you can choose your favorites. I ordered a delicious bacon, egg and cheese open faced breakfast on homemade sourdough bread. The bacon was very crispy, the cheese was cheddar (so you can't go wrong), and the eggs were cooked to my order which is always easy over. The eggs were therefore runny and creamy and warm. Absolutely delicious! Of course I ordered a fresh orange juice that came in a bottle, and as I mentioned, it tasted like it was fresh squeezed, but I don't know whether it was. I'll definitely be coming back. Everybody was very nice and they all had smiles on their faces when they serve you.

I have no issue with people dressing how they want, but this is a family bakery, not a nightclub. Families with young children shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable while buying breakfast or pastries. The food may be good, but the atmosphere wasn't what I expect from a neighborhood bakery. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit.
