The Iced Lavender Latte had strong floral flavor and a nice touch of sweetness from the local honey. Their glazed donuts were big, fluffy, and coated in a perfect glaze. Had they not run out so fast, I definitely would've bought more. Main reason I'm docking a point is because we also tried their salted caramel latte which didn't taste that strongly of salted caramel. The flavor was basically an afterthought. Some suggestions: Post a sign on the door or in the app letting customers know that orders are running 15-20 minutes behind. Temporarily pause online ordering until the team catches up. What shouldn't happen is staff being rude when a customer inquires about their order. Just really disappointed with Cohasset Starbucks. Unfortunately, this seems to be an ongoing issue at this location, and it feels like Cohasset Starbucks has become complacent--acting as though they don't need to provide good customer service because their name and popularity will carry them regardless.
