Fan of the 'Lou - iced Banana Nut, splash of milk, one Stevia. It's my go-to. Two things I've noticed about this location (as it's a stop when taking my kid to soccer): 1) If I could order a half Stevia, I would because there's no way they only put one Stevia in this thing. Or maybe there's sugar elsewhere... point being, it is noticeably sweeter than any other location's output of my same exact order. And because I'm driving thru, I can't see the magic happening to course correct. Y'all: chill on the sweet. Dang. 2) Speaking of drive-thru, there's a 97.2% chance you're gonna drive by the window the first time you go here. It's hilariously small, and looks like a literal square hole in the wall. How did this thing pass code? I laugh everytime. It's like a Stuart Little door, if Stuart Little were a cup of iced coffee. I'm laughing right now. Anyway, pull back the sugar reins, gang. Camryn was extremely rude to my friend while there and dropped her drink on purpose when handing it to her. She refused to give her a new one and laughed at my friend with her coworker, who was not any kinder. The lack of professionalism from these young women was astounding and disappointing considering their age. I would recommend this place if you are in the mood to be given dirty looks the entire time you're here and to receive mediocre drinks made by these lazy, inconsiderate girls. They also charged my other friend $5 for an ice water even though every other time you go in there the water is free. read more

they are a thin alternative to DD. They have 10 flavours lined up, but often have to make a fresh pot, but then it's not as fast. the flavours are nice. They have a very sad array of things to go with the coffee that looks like they sent an enterprising HS kid to Costco or a gas station to 'buy some things we can sell that go with coffee'. the folks working there are pretty pleasant. (BTW, if you take a dirty blender from a sink at a coffee place it will be dirty with COFFEE, so I'm not sure what you thought was in a blender in a coffee place that would make it quite dirty. I've done naturalistic experiments with coffee at home, it is pretty sterile, and takes weeks and multiple tries to get mold going.) Anyhow, could go back, but would have to want a flavoured coffee. The girls who work there are always so sweet and chipper. I love milkey wey. I moved away from MA but always need to get my Mlous when I'm home to visit. Next door is a florist. I had been in there buying a flower arrangement for a funeral. I then went next door for a coffee. The girl could tell I was really having a bad day and I was upset. So she pulled out her own personal debit card and bought my coffee. It was a kind gesture from her. Really made my day. read more

Went for my morning coffee today. Ordered a mocha frosty Lou. Your employee BELLA proceeds to take a dirty blender out of the sink and swishS water around it 2 times NO SOAP NO SCRUBBING AND THEN PROCEEDED TO MAKE MY DRINK IN THE DIRTY BLENDER!! The server was rude to a man who was ordering in front of me, which was extremely unprofessional. She had no reason to speak to him the way that she did. As for the coffee, it had little to no effort put into it. I'm never ordering from there again. read more
