We needed someone reliable for a good price and that's when I found Nelson's. Super clean, super nice, and for a super price. Nelson's is a smaller company compared to the other limo and car services but Guy's customer service is unparalleled especially for the price he offers. Before our trip out to the airport, he was at our place 15 mins before our pickup time and helped me install the baby car seat while running up stairs to get the other bags. Ride was very smooth and spacious. The suv we rode in was definitely a newer model suburban which was great for us. Our driver, Dan from Reston Limousine, was so courteous, caring, and attentive and made our experience truly royal. He's such a gentle soul and tolerated our loud laughs while driving us to and from the winery. Even though it was pouring on the day of our trip, Dan made sure to offer us a large umbrella and assisted us in getting into a van. He drove carefully and gave us a heads-up on sharp turns and hills. The vehicle was spacious enough to accommodate 8 of us, clean, and comfortable. Communication was clear with the pickup time and location set a week in advance. It was such a memorable experience. My friends and I pledged to repeat the trip to the winery hiring Reston Limousine again soon. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to experience a royal service and spend quality time with friends and family. Trust me, you won't regret hiring Reston Limousine.

Ive been riding Reston buses with my university for now four years…read more I can say with confidence that I DO NOT RECOMMEND any Reston buses for any group. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.

First I was looking at limos4less (probably because of the name) but the reviews basically said not to expect great service because you get what you pay for there. I was surprising my girlfriend for her birthday by taking a limo to an upscale jazz spot downtown and I did Not want to take a risk of low quality service. I first requested a basic stretch limo for 3 hours from at least 5 limousine companies in the area. Platinum Plus was the most professional in their response and they even gave me a list of options for other types of limos and all of their prices for 3 hours of service. On top of that, the prices were some of the cheapest I've seen! Ended up upgrading to the Chrysler 300 tuxedo top limousine and it looked amazing! Did I mention I requested the limo with less than a week notice? And I was STILL able to take a look at the limousine before the big day. On the big day the driver arrived early. I don't know exactly what time he got there but he was supposed to arrive at 6:15 and when me and my girlfriend walked outside the driver was standing outside with our door open and the red carpet rolled out! He was looking sharp and was very polite and professional. He probably took 20 pictures of us and even suggested some poses. Once we got to the jazz spot (on time) he said just give him a call when we're ready to leave. An hour and a half later I called him and by the time we got downstairs and outside, he was standing there again with the door open. Platinum Plus had earned a customer for life. If you want quality with a great price this is the place to go. Every request will be fulfilled.
