This was not even her responsibility, but was put on her from one of my specialists. Her staff, her referral team, and herself really care for their people and do excellent work. When I turned in the paperwork, I conveyed that I needed an appointment as soon as possible. The front desk told me the doctor would look over the paperwork and call me. Over one month later, the office called me to inform me that they were not accepting new patients, but I could stay on their list for when they re-evaluate in January or February! They had multiple opportunities to tell me they weren't accepting new patients when I inquired and turned in paperwork. Not only did I waste my time filling out their new patient history forms, my treatment has been set back for over a month! Very poor communication and no sympathy from the front desk whatsoever!

Anytime I told the nurses I would like her to come speak to me, she would not. She sent the nurses up until it was time for my birth. I had so many issues while giving birth and she just wasn't present. The nurses did it all and I'm so thankful for them. She is the worst doctor I've ever had, and I'm still very mad she would not listen. Because of this birth, I didn't want to have kids anymore bc it was the worst experience I could have imagined.
