Over one month later, the office called me to inform me that they were not accepting new patients, but I could stay on their list for when they re-evaluate in January or February! They had multiple opportunities to tell me they weren't accepting new patients when I inquired and turned in paperwork. The receptionist replied "yes, his mother signed him in". Michelle responds, "he can sign himself in, he's 48 yrs. old" I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I told Michelle "he was in the rest room, what's the big deal?" She realized I was quite annoyed by that remark and gave a b.s. excuse "the sign in needs to be in his own handwriting". She is extremely diligent in her practice and even recently went above and beyond for me to order a tier 4 prescription for me that was extremely time sensitive requiring a emergent prior authorization with insurance. This was not even her responsibility, but was put on her from one of my specialists. Her staff, her referral team, and herself really care for their people and do excellent work.
