When I turned in the paperwork, I conveyed that I needed an appointment as soon as possible. The front desk told me the doctor would look over the paperwork and call me. Over one month later, the office called me to inform me that they were not accepting new patients, but I could stay on their list for when they re-evaluate in January or February! They had multiple opportunities to tell me they weren't accepting new patients when I inquired and turned in paperwork. Not only did I waste my time filling out their new patient history forms, my treatment has been set back for over a month! Very poor communication and no sympathy from the front desk whatsoever!

Before that appt, my water broke and I went into labor. Within hours of me being there, she had them give me pitocin and I said I didn't want to. They put me on it anyways. Anytime I told the nurses I would like her to come speak to me, she would not. She sent the nurses up until it was time for my birth. I had so many issues while giving birth and she just wasn't present. The nurses did it all and I'm so thankful for them. She is the worst doctor I've ever had, and I'm still very mad she would not listen. Because of this birth, I didn't want to have kids anymore bc it was the worst experience I could have imagined.

For the last year or so, I have been dealing with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Dr. Maynard has done his very best every step of the way to make sure I was O.K and comfortable as possible.
