DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR LEIS MADE HERE. I came all the way from Fresno and paid 100$+ for a custom made lei for my daughters college graduation. To which I was told by Mary Hana that she would have it ready even though it was on short notice. She informed me that she would put other projects to the side to make sure that it was done. Day of graduation comes and she had 3 white carnations on the string. She trusting her she said that she would deliver. Long story short the Leo broke/ came untied during the ceremony it was embarrassing my heart broke and Mary Hana's response was to threaten me and not even an apology. I cannot express enough how awful this business is. Chose literally any other florist. I spent $150 on a bouquet with a balloon and some strawberry chocolates for my daughter's 40th birthday. It breaks my heart that I couldn't be with her on her birthday and I just wanted something nice. I told her to expect a delivery and we both waited all day. I called the florist at 5 and she told me she had "priority" customers and she was just getting to my order. I waited 2 more hours then called again at 7:00. She told me that it was out for delivery and it would be there "any second." I waited another hour and called back; this time I was in tears. She said she had no idea why it was taking so long and there was nothing she could do about it. Her tone and her mannerisms were so mean, even as I was obviously broken hearted. These people are awful! I have never experienced such dreadful customer service. I still can't get over how mean that woman was. Go to any other florist. read more

The flowers I purchased were beautiful, but not identical to the image online. It's a little pricey, I purchased 4 choc covered strawberries for $20. I did not know it would only come with 4 strawberries, otherwise I would have saved my extra $20. Next time, I would definitely only purchase the flower arrangements. I received a hydrangea from this florist and in one day in drooped even though the soil was damp. I called stating I would like a replacement. The owner actually came to my house , told me to soak the plant and it would come back. It did come back when it looked totally dead. Very concerned owner and a good outcome for all! My sister ordered a flower arrangement to include succulents & easy to care plants. When it was delivered for Mother's Day, it was a big disappointment along with the price. Mom got a plant that looked like twigs, a red velvet plant and a large pink butterfly. The card came with NO name from the florist or the person who sent it. So someone else got the thank you for it. I placed an order to send my grandmother a bouquet of flowers for her 100th birthday. I ordered online due to I could not actually speak to anyone in person. After ordering the bouquet I decided that I would like to send a wrist corsage so my grandmother could enjoy wearing it for her birthday party. I called the florist three times, left a message, and they never returned my phone calls. This florist has horrible customer service skills. As a business owner when a customer calls and leaves a message the business needs to always return their calls. Therefore, with my experience, I will never use this florist again. read more

The flowers were fresh and the way they were arranged made them all pop and standout and blend at the same time.
