I…read moreused Yelp to get estimates from several window companies and these guys had the lowest price, best reviews and an A+ rating from the BBB. They replaced 12 picture windows in a 1950's house, which required quite a bit of interior trim. I had to wait a number of weeks for the windows to be fabricated. Once they were built, they scheduled installation and everything went right on schedule and was done in a day and a half. The interior trim did need some caulking but I did that, and painted the trim myself to match the rest of my interior. The outside colors coordinate well with my house colors. 100% would recommend this company and may use again for more windows.

The person on the phone said the latest offer was only good if we got the estimate before the end of the month and then they would honor that estimate for a year. So fine decided to have the sales rep come by. I specifically asked how long the meeting would likely be and they said not long just take a look and show you some options and leave you with a quote. They asked if my husband would be present and I said yes. We scheduled it for 7pm on a weekday. The sales rep delivered a presentation that lasted over an hour and was painfully long, repetitive, and difficult to sit through. The next hour he is going over options for the bathroom materials. My husband needed to go to bed because it was close to 9pm at this point so he excused himself. The rep continued to talk and then tried to pressure me by offering an additional incentive if I signed that day. Since my husband was not available, the pressure to sign immediately was inappropriate. Then the sales rep called his manager and returned with an even better incentive, despite me saying that I could not make a decision without my husband. This reinforced the impression that the discounts were simply negotiation tactics rather than genuine, limited time offers. The sales rep did not leave until 10:30pm. I found this especially upsetting because I had specifically asked in advance how long the appointment would take so my husband could be present. The appointment lasted far longer than expected, making the experience frustrating and inconsiderate of our time. The following day, the company contacted me to follow up. I requested to speak with a manager regarding my frustrations and concerns. I was told someone would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received the promised callback. Ultimately, we are glad we decided not to work with this company. After the experience we had, I feel like we dodged a bullet. The high-pressure sales tactics and poor communication afterward confirmed that we made the right decision.

Layne came to our home and did an excellent job explaining the different rebate options, financing plans, and the entire insulation process. He made everything easy to understand and stress-free. Alexis and Tarik handled the actual work. They removed all of our old attic insulation, sealed any openings, and installed new insulation that helps repel mice and bugs.
