Lucien called his team and found Dillon, who was close by and able to come out quickly. Dillon was very friendly and competent. He quoted me $200 for a house call...very standard for the area. Dillon uncovered the faulty circuit breaker. He cleaned it as good as he could that afternoon and returned the next day with a brand new "contemporary style" breaker which he installed. Problem fixed! Prompt, clean, efficient and friendly. Who can ask for more? The $200 service call included the new circuit breaker. If I ever have another electrical issue, I'm only calling the team at Laguna Electric.

Truly can't say enough good things about O'Hagan Electric. We had an electrical fire in our garage…read morelast year and they came to the rescue within an hour knowing the urgency of our situation. The fire department advised us to wait until an electrician came to check the outlets before turning the electricity back on. Not only was our house going to be out of electricity until someone could come, but I was really scared about another potential electric fire if we turned the electricity back on without a proper inspection from a licensed electrician. I contacted a couple of other places and none of them cared about the urgency nor were they willing to accommodate the urgency except for O'Hagan Electric. They sent out a seasoned electrician who not only did a very thorough inspection but gave me a lot of reassurance by explaining his thought process in making the recommendations that he did. He removed the bad outlet completely and put in a new one on the side of the garage where it would be closer to our EV. The entire experience was professional and they were reasonably priced as well. It was an absolute pleasure hiring them for this job and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Pete came to my home to inspect and quote the job. He was so professional, considerate and kind. He looked over my panel and my homes electrical needs and he wondered why my insurance company would require this change. He didn't see a need for the upgrade under my current circumstances. After his visit, I contacted my insurance company and found they were misinformed about the type of panel I had and once this info was corrected....I no longer had to do an upgrade. Although I ended up not doing business with Pete's company, I am thankful for how he handled this. I never felt any pressure from him to do this job. Amazing!!!! We were looking for an electrician to add a subpanel, outlets, and lighting to our unfinished…read moregarage. Armes Electric was wonderful--efficient from beginning to end. My initial consultation was with Pete, who arrived on time as scheduled. We discussed what we wanted, and he offered helpful suggestions while clearly explaining the scope of work. He estimated the job would take a day and a half to complete. On the first day, we were told the technicians would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, and they showed up a few minutes early. Daniel and four additional team members came to complete the work. I wasn't expecting that many people, but everyone stayed focused on their tasks and completed the work by 5 PM. Having a larger crew made the job go much faster. The second day of work took place a couple of days later due to other projects we had scheduled, but Armes Electric was very accommodating and flexible with our timeline. Andres and another technician returned to finalize the outlets and install the lighting. They also helped with a few additional items that weren't included in the original work order, but they gladly assisted us without hesitation. We were very pleased with the finished work and highly recommend Armes Electric.
