Michael replaced the circuit breaker several times per my request and eventually installed a circuit breaker without the current protection. I confirmed with the EV charger manufacturer that is safe to do this installation and may be the recommended way with the type of charger I have.

Within just a few weeks, one of the cameras failed. I repeatedly called and left messages but could not get Greg to return my calls or provide any warranty support. After getting nowhere, I hired another electrician to investigate. When we removed the failed camera, it was obvious it was not new. We checked the serial number and determined the camera was more than five years old. That was just one of several issues I experienced with the work. Unfortunately, once the job was paid for, communication essentially stopped, and getting any follow-up service became nearly impossible. Greg was extremely friendly and professional while he was trying to earn the job, but my experience after the work was completed was completely different. Good customer service doesn't end when the final payment is made. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Irwin Power and Electric. If you hire them, I would suggest documenting everything, confirming exactly what equipment is being installed, and verifying that any products represented as new are actually new before making final payment.

But Tesla Wall Mounted Charger is so convenient and we bought the $550 Universal Fast Charger with 40 Amp charger that can charge Hyundai Electric Vehicle if we do decide to upgrade in the future. I doubt that we will replace our beloved Tesla S from the best years of their initial production years from 2015! These two gentlemen are father and the son team and really do the best job. They are certified Tesla technicians and also know their craft very well. The labor charges are very reasonable and the son knows all about the newest Tesla technologies. He sincerely apologized to me and said he was so very sorry his technician did not perform his job on Friday. He stated Our appointment did include installing the new ceiling fan and the installer is fairly new with the company and he should have installed it that day. So after Stephan explained the situation I now know it was not the fault of the company. Sadly this new installer decided to make his own decision that hurt the company's reputation. I am willing to give O'Hagan Electric another chance. O'Hagan Electric wants to make up for what happened and gain my trust as a customer. Stephan immediately scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning and also took $150 off my bill. I will update again after the work is complete. UPDATE#2 Tristynn arrived within 10 minutes of my 2 hour window for my appointment. He text me to say he was on his way. My initial consultation was with Pete, who arrived on time as scheduled. We discussed what we wanted, and he offered helpful suggestions while clearly explaining the scope of work. He estimated the job would take a day and a half to complete. On the first day, we were told the technicians would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, and they showed up a few minutes early. Daniel and four additional team members came to complete the work. I wasn't expecting that many people, but everyone stayed focused on their tasks and completed the work by 5 PM. Having a larger crew made the job go much faster. The second day of work took place a couple of days later due to other projects we had scheduled, but Armes Electric was very accommodating and flexible with our timeline. Andres and another technician returned to finalize the outlets and install the lighting. They also helped with a few additional items that weren't included in the original work order, but they gladly assisted us without hesitation. We were very pleased with the finished work and highly recommend Armes Electric.
