One of their pre made drinks. I think it was the Rum Punch

Nice play to chill and listen to music. I've patronized this establishment twice and have never had any issues. The only reason they get 4 stars is because they looked a little short staff for the crowd they had both times. The food is pretty good to be bar food. Definitely recommend coming out!!

Nostalgic vibe

Nostalgic feel which I absolutely loved and the vibe even without anyone present yet gave a grown and sexy vibe. The owner was pleasant to meet and I thought he was very welcoming # martinisinwhiteplains #buzzybooth

Martini's was absolutely amazing! The only place in Charles County where everything was DELICIOUS from appetizer to desert! its a real diamond in the rough!

I stopped in for some stand up comedy

She certainly made it feel like a more personal experience. The food was soo good very rarely do I finish my brunch food but this place? Yea they def know what they're doing. The seafood grits was IMMACULATE! We were intended to go for just food maybe an hour or so and ended up staying for 3 specifically because of her energy! We truly felt so welcomed here. The music was really good and we even went to back part where there's a lounge. The furniture was clean and the decor was so cute.

But I love y'all, so I'm going to put y'all on game. Admittedly, this spot does not look like much from the outside...but you know what they say about judging a book by its cover. It's definitely giving cabaret venue vibes (IYKYK), so I really wasn't sure what to expect. But this whole experience was a delightfully pleasant surprise. Our server Kamaria was absolutely wonderful. She has such amazing energy and we felt so welcomed. She recommended some of her favorite items from the a la carte menu, then invited us to proceed to the buffet. We decided to get an order each of the honey butter biscuits a la carte and now I got questions. I just want to know whose grandmother they have back there in that kitchen making them biscuits like that. Because those were some of THE best damn biscuits I've ever had. Easily the best biscuits I've had in the DMV. They were huge! Fluffy and chewy with a generous glazing of that absolutely divine honey butter. If you get nothing else from here, you NEED those biscuits. The buffet didn't look like it had much going on but again, looks are deceiving in this place. There were so many delicious options to choose from. Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, bacon (both pork and turkey), shrimp and grits, chicken alfredo, jerk chicken wings, fried chicken wings, peach cobbler, sweet potatoes and a few other things I can't remember. If you didn't find anything you liked on this buffet, you were either vegan or just not hungry forreal. Every single thing that we ate was delicious. The jerk wings were perfectly cooked and had a nice kick to em. The fried wings were fried perfectly: crispy but not too hard, and seasoned just right. The chicken alfredo was probably my favorite. I don't think this place did anything particularly innovative or special with it, it was just delicious and well made. The sweet potatoes and peach cobbler were good but both could have used just a little bit more sweetening. I absolutely loved the shrimp and grits! Those grits were thick and creamy and the shrimp and sauce had a nice Cajun flare: a little kick and a whole lot of flavor. I'm not a pork eater so I was delighted at the turkey bacon. It was the thick cut bacon too! None of them skinny, scrawny strips. Oh, and of course there were bottomless mimosas. Kamaria made sure that our glasses stayed full. This spot offers three different kinds of juice for the mimosa: orange, pineapple, and I think the last one is cranberry. We both got the pineapple and we were not disappointed. There's also a DJ at brunch. He definitely helped set a vibe but what I really appreciate it is that the music wasn't too loud so we could enjoy it but still enjoy our conversation as well. This is easily my new favorite brunch spot. Good vibes, great food, bottomless drinks, no reservations... And no driving around the block dozens of times looking for a parking space. What more could a girl ask for?

They also have a bar with $5 specials all day, every day--which is a huge plus. The staff are always incredibly friendly and attentive, providing prompt service that makes the experience even better. If you're not in the mood for sushi, the ramen is a must-try--rich, flavorful, and satisfying. The wings also stand out with a very authentic taste that you don't find just anywhere. Overall, this spot is a hidden gem with great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

Against my better judgment, i shouldn't have ordered the Hawaii Roll -- the mango inside the roll gave me a bit of pause with consistency issue. Additionally, the rice on the sushi seemed gelatinous, like it was cooked too long. I didn't like it. The Tempura Roll was your standard fare. Lastly, while I love sashimi, the tuna offered with the chef's sampler was just ok. The star was the salmon -- buttery and smooth. Service was fine. We sat at the bar. Again, I wouldn't visit again, but try it for yourself. Cheers!

The space itself is huge and they do a lot of hosting for bands which I'm sure is a good time. The bar is a wrap around seating at least 20-30 and at the time of our arrival the bar was full and the main seating area only had one occupied table. The inside is lowly lit and the music was great, definitely a vibe in there and I can understand how despite their reviews they have a solid patron base. We ordered: Strawberry Lemon Drop - 10/10 no notes Calamari - 8/10 - great texture but a small portion at that price point. I prefer mine with a remoulade and they only serve it with sweet chili sauce. They had remoulade with the catfish nuggets but when I asked the waitress she said remoulade was the salad. When I tried to explain that no it was a sauce she just said they didn't have it......ok. Deviled eggs with crab - 8/10 - they were ok. The eggs were a little overcooked to my liking but they were horrible. Wings - 10/10 - sweet and spicy, great crunch. Crabbed stuffed salmon - 6/10 - came with two sides and he got rice and spinach. It was just ok but at $42 you wanted it to wow you. There is an automatic 18% gratuity regardless your party size so that's something to look out for. Overall it was a bit overpriced to my liking for a location that's not more like a local bar than anything. I would definitely come back for more wings and Backyard but might opt for the bar instead.

One of the biggest reasons we keep coming back? They still have a real happy hour--which feels like a rare find these days. It actually feels worth it, not overpriced like some of the other spots in Waldorf. Yall know the ones I'm talking about. We always grab a seat in the bar area. It's laid-back, easy, and just has that "stay a while" kind of energy. The staff really knows how to read the room--you're taken care of without ever feeling rushed, and everything just flows naturally. Now let's get into the food. The Mama Meata pizza is that girl. Packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and honestly hard to share. And I don't even look at the menu before ordering the Thai shrimp--they're a must. Sweet, slightly spicy, and somehow always cooked just right. It's giving little bites of heaven every time.
