Hidden gem in Baden/Brandywine zone. Great for a nice wind down chill experience. I might add that bar tender was generous with the drinks.

This was my first time eating at Red Lobster!…read more My review is based on this being a chain restaurant and my personal experience. I had a great time!! Our server, Josh, was fantastic and funny! I told him that it was my first time eating at Red Lobster and he offered some suggestions. I got the flounder sandwich with a side salad. We got those world famous cheddar bay biscuits and I loved them. They're buttery morsels of goodness. My salad came out first and I got the citrus lime vinaigrette. Wow!! That salad dressing was delicious!! They need to bottle it up and sell it! Then, my sandwich came out, and I ate my fries first and the hush puppies. The hush puppies were surprisingly, very tasty, and I wish I had more. By this time, I was too full to even eat my sandwich, so I had to take it home with me. It was tasty the next day! The toasted bun was a nice touch. Now, it wasn't an out of this world amazing sandwich, but for the price point??? It was solid! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that bill. $18 for all that food!! You can't even get a salad at Sweetgreen for $20 these days and I ate all that food for $18!! And we had left over biscuits that we took home too! Between Josh's excellent service and the amount of food I got for $18, I'm going back . All this place needs is an interior renovation and a karaoke night and it would be the spot to be!

I'd already started eating before I remembered to take a picture , but it was good. Also I appreciated that they've made major improvements to the menu since my last visit. Service: 2/5 The host was nice, but our waitress had a bit of an attitude that none of us could explain -- we were friendly and got nothing but negative energy in return. She never checked on us, one person had to ask for biscuits twice, and when she finally brought them she threw them on the table. We were appalled. Vibe(5/5): It was pretty empty and quieter compared to how it used to be. This place used to thump back in the day. One highlight though: the music was excellent. Each song transitioned so seamlessly like they had a dj. Overall: The food and music were solid, but the service brought the experience down. With better service, this rating would easily be higher.

I was greeted as soon as my foot stepped through the threshold of the doorway. The ambiance is warm, Southern, and it gives the energy of a crab shack. I ordered a shrimp po boy, and the seafood platter which comes with hush puppies, french fries, fried shrimp & catfish. The shrimp po boy was literally chef's kiss! The juicy fried shrimp, coupled with the warm flavors of the romulaude sauce! My my my! The french fries covered in old bay seasoning, and the sweet tinge of ketchup! Man oh man! This meal did not last, a few minutes afterwards my plate was squeaky clean. Now, onto the seafood platter. The catfish transported me to the bayou with its flavor profile! It was juicy, meaty, and seasoned perfectly! The hushpuppies were so smooth and yummy! The fried shrimp were also dynamite!!! The french fries, yeah you already know they were tasty too! This meal warmed my soul on all levels. Let's just say, i'll be back soon! LOL! Cheers to good eats everyone, give this spot a go! You will not regret it.

It came with mahi mahi, salmon, shrimp and tuna. The tuna comes rare. But we asked them to cook it. We don't eat rare food. When you choose the Ocean mix grill, it comes with a choice of a salad or soup. The dish also comes with your choice of two premium sides. My wife chose the fried cauliflower. It was very delicious. The way it was prepared it tasted like orange chicken. My choice was potatoes au gratin. It was too cheesy for my taste. We had two mocktails. We both had the Nojito. It was a yummy concoction because my wife actually liked it. She really not into mocktails. Lastly, we had a blueberry crème brûlée. It was a delicious dessert. I would definitely order that again. The dinning room was spacious. I liked the set up there are booth table on the side. With regular tables in the middle. I really like the fish door handle on the front door entrance. First time seeing that kind of design.

The Brandywine location is a typical suburban restaurant setting--clean, comfortable, nothing remarkable but nothing offensive either. A place you go expecting a solid meal. The Dish Examination Pan Asian Glazed Butter Fish The pan Asian glazed butter fish was good. A well-prepared piece of fish with a sweet and savory glaze, cooked properly and served with care. Butter fish is a rich, delicate cut, and the kitchen handled it well. No complaints on this dish. Shrimp and Tomato Pasta The shrimp and tomato pasta dish was solid. The shrimp were well-cooked, the tomato sauce had good flavor, and the pasta was properly done. A satisfying plate. Crab Cake The crab cake was good. Well-formed, with a respectable amount of crab meat and a golden sear. The food at Bonefish Grill, across the board, was good. No issues with the kitchen. The food was not the problem. The Service -- Now Here Come the Issues The food was good. Now here come the issues. The Famous Chef Thomas asked for a cappuccino. It is on the menu. They did not have it. Fine. He ordered an Earl Grey hot tea. They did not have it. He was then told they had coffee with milk. They did not have that either. The Famous Chef Thomas asked to speak to a manager. Someone came out to talk. Were they a manager? Who knows. She said they had coffee. It turned out that only decaf was available. The Famous Chef Thomas was fine with that. However, when the coffee arrived, there was no milk--just super strong black coffee. Who drinks that? This is not Green Acres. So finally, the Famous Chef Thomas settled for iced tea, which was acceptable. However, when he asked for a refill, he was told they had discarded the tea. Wait a minute. You close at 10 PM. It is a little after 9:30 PM. And you have no cappuccino. No regular coffee. No milk. And you discarded the iced tea. You would think that if you have nothing else left, you would at least save the tea until you close. That is basic restaurant management. Very disappointed is the Famous Chef Thomas. There are surprising number of chicken options here for a place called, "This Is Seafood", but not quite as many seafood options as I hoped. I was really looking forward to getting an order of fried scallops for lunch and I was a little disappointed they didn't have them on the menu. I decided to get the Combo #4: 3 whole wings, 6 fried shrimp, and my choice of 1 piece of fish and side dish. For my fish, I chose fried catfish and for my side I chose hush puppies. The combo also came with a fountain drink. I decided to mix their house-made lemonade and house-made iced tea and it made the perfect half-and-half. The wait wasn't too bad, as the food was being freshly made. It was piping hot and crispy when I received it. Those shrimp were huge! Some of the biggest fried shrimp I've ever had...And not those butterfly shrimp either. Whole shrimp, and the tail was removed so I didn't have to worry about accidentally crunching on one of the shells. The catfish was delectable! Perfectly seasoned, delightfully crispy, and absolutely melted in my mouth. So good. I'm coming back for the catfish if nothing else. The wings were perfectly fried, nice and crispy, but they were a bit too light on the seasoning for my taste. And the mumbo sauce tasted too similar to barbecue sauce. I did not like that, so I ended up saving the rest of the wings until I got home to put my own mumbo sauce on them. The hush puppies were also really good. I like that they were fried perfectly and weren't greasy... Even after reheating them. Overall, my lunch cost me about $25 and it was enough food for at least two meals. Can't beat that. I'll be back for that catfish.

These are fantastic and have to be house-made. They are so flaky and delicious! Our party of 3 sampled the trio appetizers with spinach dip, chicken tenders, and cheese bites. All were excellent! The chips light and crispy. The spinach dip was creamy. The cheese bites were great. The fried chicken tenders had an amazing light and crunchy coating. I'm picky with fried foods and this place is top notch. The battered foods don't feel greasy and have a great crunch. The homemade ranch and honey mustard dressings were a great accompaniment. I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The sides were perfect. The chicken fried steak had that great crunchy coating. The steak would have been a little better if the meat had been pounded a little thinner, but was still okay. My friend had a Caesar salad that was too heavy on the dressing, so recommend you order your dressing on the side if you get a salad. The facilities were clean, but I did notice a few issues that needed attention. A broke stall lock and a tile falling off the wall. Our server was fantastic. There was plenty of parking out front. I enjoyed this spot. A great place to eat.

I finally caught the attention of one of the bartenders who happened to be a young g guy. He was pretty nice, I ordered a margarita and he got straight to work on it. I watched him make my drink and for some reason he made the drink with no ice and decided to add the ice in the end--that was strange ... I ordered a chicken tender basket and as I stated there wasn't much filling little to no people in this place. The food took so long that my friend and I got tired of waiting and we're were ready to go. We didn't think we'd be waiting 20-30 minutes for chicken tenders and fries. My drink was done and so was my friends and we're were ready to go. We inquired about the food and said we just wanted to cancel it so we could cash out and go somewhere else. The guy says--2 more minutes it's coming, then dipped off to the kitchen. We tell the girl behind the bar that we want to cancel the food and just cash out the drinks. She lied and said that the guy was going to get a manger to take the food off. A few minutes later the guy came out with the hardest chicken strips I've had in a long time. The honey mustard was so watered down that it was a disgrace. It's pretty clear that they added water...I will never return to this Green Turtle, it was the worst ever. Whoever is managing this place needs to be hands on and do some retraining. The restroom was dirty and all the employees were behind the bar chilling.. The customer service was terrible. The guy did have a positive attitude, but everything else was a sh*t show. Never again. It's too many restaurants up and down this street to deal with the food and service I received here. DO BETTER!!!!!!
