My Wife, being the friendliest human in the tri‑county area, hit her with a "Yes, and how are you doing?" The young lady responded with the ancient hospitality tradition known as walking away without answering. A bold choice. She seated us on the bar side, where the air was doing its best impression of a warm hug. Thankfully, someone in the back must've read our minds because the AC kicked on like a hero entering the third act of a movie. Then came Mican -- our waiter, our guide, our dinner hype man. The sour cream did show up uninvited, but Mican fixed it immediately.Me: The Ultimate Feast with French fries and broccoli. The broccoli was supposed to make me feel responsible. It did not. Everything was delicious. My fries weren't hitting like they usually do, but the rest of the meal carried the team. Service? Outstanding.Mican and James deserve raises, medals, and maybe a parade.
