This is the end of the road. Leaving Las Vegas style. Please, don't get scammed by the bartenders. You are warned.

Probably some call a dive bar but I've been here 3 times on a Friday for happy hour with my golf buddies and always have a good time. It's in 31st and Sheridan area so not the greatest area of Tulsa but large open tinted windows that you can keep an eye on your vehicle but its dark enough to satisfy my need for what I like a bar to be.

I'd always wanted to come here, so I figured now was as good a time as any. The interior is about what one would expect for a divy-ish (but clean) neighborhood bar and there was a decent group of people already sitting together. I enjoy coming to these neighborhood joints, albeit sometimes I feel like a bit of an outsider, not knowing anyone in a place where everyone else is familiar with each other, but I usually always have an enjoyable experience, and this time was no different. The prices here are great! ***My 16oz OK+ PBR was a mere $2*** Might I add it was the perfect price for the last $3 cash I had on me---speaking of---it's a **CASH ONLY** bar. So come prepared, but there's an on-site ATM if you forget. Even while sitting by myself in a booth (witting this review) they handed me a shot and notified me that a gentleman bought a round for the bar to toast to a child they all know who they just found out has leukemia. I thought this was a very generous gesture, and raised my glass in honor of the moment. It's places like this that I feel make the local Oklahoma neighborhood bar scene unique. While we may not always know each other, we can always raise a glass in solidarity to honor those deserving and even help deserving folk when we may not even know their name. I'd recommend Carousel for happy hour, drinks out, hanging with friends, or riding solo just to see what kind of people you may meet here in our great state.
